Shady Car Dealer...Do Not Go Here!! Experience!!

They will sell you a car and then ask you to pay a downpayment every 2 weeks..which goes in their pocket. They then recharge that amount to your loan. Not happy with the purchase of this vehicle it had roof damage that I couldn't see so the bank told me to hold the loan til I get everything fix so I told Daniel he told me to go ahead and finalize the loan and he take care of it but when I got there he told me that they took off for the damages I told him if I had seen the damage I wouldn't have bought the car so now I am stuck and Daniel did nothing for me all he cared was his commission iam not happy with unique auto so if you buy a car from there please observe it closely

Extremely disappointed. I applied online for a car loan. 8/16 I Spoke with Ms. Alejandra who claim to be a loan officer. She said I have been approved for a $35,000 car loan. Was a bit apprehensive but she assured me in a text that I had been approved. She texted me a link for the inventory so I started looking. Next day I went to the dealership asked to speak to her, nobody got her she never came out.. texted her that I was there. She still didn't come out. Had to leave to take my son to work. I texted her I had to go. She texted and called asked why I left. She claimed to already have me approved. I was under her promotion that she was running and I would not need to put any money down. She also said that if I went anywhere else I would have to put $3000 down payment. She said just needed a few documents. I suggested that l could email her my ID, ss# , Paystubs and utility bill. I sent everything to her, she asked me to forward it to Miguel.. Saturday I got an alert for the credit agencies that I had 4 Hard Inquiries. I heard nothing else from Alejandra. I get a call on Wednesday 8/22 from a Michelle asking if I was still interested in a car. I said yes, I was already approved for a loan. That I had been working with Alejandra..she had me hold on then Miguel ( supposedly the manager) got on the phone. I asked why I hadn't heard from anyone. He said Alejandra had a family emergency. He reinterated that I was approved. He had all my paperwork. I was good to go just bring my ID and they would get me in a car with a good payment. He asked if I could come in that day. I go back to the dealership . I asked to speak to him when I got there. They were busy with customers. A young man began to help me, I asked again for Miguel he said he would get him and l assumed he was texting Miguel. I told him all my paperwork was done. He said I needed to fill out another application. I asked why since I was already approved. He had another guy come and speak with me whom I assumed was Miguel ( he was not) He said I needed to refill the paperwork out. I was very concerned about them running my credit again. I told him that his company already ran my credit. He said it couldn't have been them he didn't have my signature. I applied online. He could not run my credit report with out my signature and the current date. But upon further investigation (later) I found out it Unique. I was apprehensive so as I sat with the salesman I asked questions about the application. The documents stated they could give my information to other companies. I asked for how long. He stated they kept my information for 30 days and then they shred. However nowhere did it say that in writing. I pointed that out....nothing. l continue to ask questions I asked about Alejandra. He told me she is not a loan officer she just collects data and her job is to get people to come in. I showed him copies of the text where she put in writing that I was approved. Needless to say I got up and left. I have reported this company to the FTC, BBB and the VA Dealership. Not an ethical company. It's against the law to use these tactics. Stay woke folks!

With great patience comes great a car.

I highly recommend Unique Auto Import. They are you great dealership to purchase a vehicle. It doesn't matter who you are, they will definitely work with you to make sure that you leave a quality vehicle. My salesperson John McMullan is the best. He worked hard to help make sure that I get a vehicle for a good deal. He's highly knowledgeable and easy going. I'll definitely recommend John McMullan to talk to about a vehicle. The staff in its entirety is phenomenal. Unique Auto Import is the best. Thanks again...

Stay Away. ALL THEY DO IS LIE!!!!!!!

Please stay away from this dealership. They lie to get you in there and continue to lie all thru the process. Here is my story. I was contacted by them after I filled out an online application. I was texting with a very nice girl named Michelle and told her everything about my credit challenges, the 2 repossessions that I had, and I am currently working but not making a lot. I also was upfront that I had no money to put down and couldn't even pay taxes and tags. I was assured that they could work with me, so I set up an appointment. I went in the following day and met with a guy named Leo. Nice guy, full of crap, said no problem, we have worked with worse. Well after taking my info, again I told him about my challenges, he said I was going to be ok. He than pulled a Honda Civic around and we went for a test drive, I am thinking the whole time, wow ,I am going to get approved and I was going to get this nice car. 2 minutes after we got back from the test drive, he tells me I need money down, taxes and tags. I know he knew that before we went for the test drive. Why did he even do that ? Needless to say I left , feeling like crap. After I got home, I texted Michelle and she said she would look into it for me and had Leo call and text me. He said I needed to prove more income, which I did, and I needed $1000 in cash and I was going to get approved. It took me a few days and another paycheck but I was able to prove more income and also got the $1000 cash. We set up an appointment for 11 am on 2/15/18. I brought the $1000 down payment and was excited to know that I would be getting a car today. Had my insurance company on hold to get the insurance policy sent to the dealer. I even saw a worksheet with the down payment of $ 1000 and the monthly payment amount. I gave Leo the cash and he took it back and said it should take about 15 minutes. I knew something was up when he didn't even discuss what type of car I was approved for. He got called back to the office and came back and said I needed $3500 down now. They ran my credit again, not sure why they did that, since they did that earlier. Again I did everything they asked of me and they still needed me to do more. I want to know why they do they following: - Why do they advertise they can get anyone financed? - Why do they lie to get you in there? - You asked me to prove more income which I did, you asked me to bring a down payment of $1000 and I did, and I still walked out of there embarrassed and with out a car. Why did you do that ? Management seems to hide in the back and are not seen by the customers, kinda shady , don't you think? Please do your homework, please don't let them lie to you, get your hopes up, when all they really do is kick you in the gut.
