Auto Expo of Huntington

I needed a car quick and was in a pinch. Totally regret buying from here. Car was a mess when I picked it up and although they fixed a few things on it, the car was falling apart after 1k miles. I’ve put 3k miles in totality on a 04 jeep grand Cherokee and it’s since needed a power steering hose (was leaking), new hub bearings, Evap pump, brake lines, and oh yeah the muffler fell out from under the car. Yes that’s correct.

Never heard back, haven’t heard back from any dealers that we reached out to about a used jeep

Called for jeep Cherokee for myself came back within the week to pick it up and it was a smooth buying process these guys know what they are doing great staff.

Bait and switch. 1k more than asking price on cars with 10-20k more miles advertised. Called and asked if available shows up no cars listed here in the inventory and asked for 500$ deposit to work on car if wanted to purchase. Save yourself the hassle.

They have a great selection and there customer service is always so nice. I got recommended to them and it was a pleasure speaking with them

Disappointed & Shocked; Disappointed when I called and spoke to a salesperson, that informed me they don't sell Out-of-State! Shocked that Auto Expo would advertise on Cars.Com, (Seriously)! Talk about an Oxymoron; Not to mention the lose of a revenue stream! NUTS

They don’t answer the phone, and the phone number that they have has a mailbox is full. If you leave a message they don’t call you back. I read other reviews of this place, and everybody has the same crappy experience. I guess I’m not buying a jeep from these guys

Auto Expo was super helpful. We got a new jeep and the owner don helped us find the perfect car we were looking for. Alot of inventory great warranty and customer service! Fast and easy! It was pleasure.
