READ FULL STORY AND IMAGES ON GOOGLE Bought a 2001 Jeep Wrangler on March 2022. WORST decision ever. I stopped by this dealer in look for a Jeep Wrangler. I told Tucker my budget and he showed me a Jeep TJ which was getting some work done at the time. He PROMISED me that everything that the car needed fixed would be taken care of and bragged about the mechanics at the shop being some of the best he has ever known. He did a good job at sweet talking me into this car and convinced me that they would take care of the car since the advertise to be on the business for over 30 years (surprisingly). A week later I call Tucker back to express my interest in the car and he asked for a "REFUNDABLE" deposit fee of $500 since the car wasn't ready yet. I told them that I needed the car ASAP since it would be my daily driver and he agreed to have the car ready by Saturday (I called on a Monday). Once I paid the deposit, he gave me an overview of what I would be charged for and asked if I wanted the car to be undercoated to protect it from rust to which I agreed (it seemed like the right thing to do). He also mentioned that they would charge me $200 for detailing (better take your car to an actual carwash). He also said he would email me my receipt later since he was TOO BUSY at the moment (FIRST RED FLAG). Two days passed by and no email from Tucker still. I had to call twice and he ended up sending me a photo of the receipt to which I noticed that the description of the deposit said "NON REFUNDABLE" (SECOND RED FLAG). Saturday came by and I get told that they are still working on the car (THIRD RED FLAG). The car wasn't ready until next Tuesday. I show up to the shop and I barely got to see the car (looked clean from the outside) and was immediately rushed inside (my first time purchasing a car) by Cliff who started to bombard me with a bunch of documents. I made the big MISTAKE of trusting Tucker's word and just did everything they asked me to do (sign documents). Once the transaction was complete. I go into the car to drive it home, but immediately noticed that the car still looked dirty from the inside and it had a weird smell. I lift the carpet to see if I can find the source of the smell and immediately notice a bunch of rust and big holes on the floor pans of the car. I felt so played and disappointed at the moment (worst feeling ever). I go tell Cliff and Don (owner of the shop) about the condition of the car to which they said that what did I expect from an old car (what???). I told them that I was promised a complete car and that is what I paid for. In desperation, Don told me that he would fix the floor pans at the moment and he felt annoyed that I was asking him to give me what I paid for. I told him I didn't wanted the car like that and that I wanted my money back or a better car. There was one more Jeep wrangler that LOOKED in decent conditions and in my desperation I told him I would take that car over the other but guess what, that car was "already sold". It was a whole chaos and the mechanics weld some metal in the holes and spray painted the rest of the floor pans to hide the mess. I told him that I at least needed the car to be properly repaired since I knew they wouldn't give me a refund or a different car. I needed a ride home and had to take the car at that moment since they were about to close the shop. 4 wheel drive didn't work, check engine light came on as soon as i got home, car wobbled when i got on the highway, lights didn't work properly, radio didn't work, heater didn't work, water leaked inside when it rains etc..

Complete scam chop shop
STAY AWAY!! If I could’ve left negative stars, I would have. Never answers the phone, but they have a message service that has inaccurate information. The website hadn’t been updated in a long time, so the inventory is completely false. If you want a Cherokee or Wrangler, look elsewhere. This place is a complete chop shop, with garbage scattered everywhere. Don’t do like I did and waste the time going. Learn from me.

Never respond to emails and no one on the phone(s). No information on the warranty you MUST buy to get their low price. I'd venture a guess to say their inventory looks nothing like what the site shows.

Sketchy
The cars listed by this dealer are all unavailable. Whether sold or just used as bait and switch, not a single one of the dozen cars shown was on their lot, this is despite being told by their chat service that at least two were. On visiting the site I learned it takes over a week to purchase the car as it goes through their mandatory $350 "service package". Pure bait and switch, sketchy at best and I'm sure if they lie as you speak to them for the first time that it doesn't get better.
