Lies, lies, lies. I had so many issues and visits I heard lots of people complaining. Deposits are not refundable. Read the agreement. Don would rather get sued than refund a lemon. Contact NYS DMV safety to file complaints and fill out their form. NYS AG office also takes complaints, and if you have issues contact them both. update standard reply about eating by getting people to review before really understanding how you operate means nothing. I have a bunch of likes. So some people are noticing and not falling for your lies

Never returned my call about the auto I was interested in purchasing. They missed a sale

Purchased a jeep for my son going away to colllege. Paid over 10 k for a used vehicle here staff friendly to get u to buy. I was fooled by them promised a new engine and got garbage do not get fool this is simply a junk yard with friendly scammers. Great reviews written by these friendly and honest scammers. Pay ur child tuition then a xxxx car that will give u more problems. A child safety should always come first then a junk vehicle from here.

I have bought all my kids cars here and they have amazing. Very honest and friendly people. All the cars are picked out exactly what my kids wanted.

It’s sad, I have visited this lot a total of 2 times within the year of 2022. First time without my husband, just me and my 2 daughters which one is leaving for college. We came to the dealer because on their website they are advertising an old purple Jeep. My daughter was very excited, they tell us, “OH NO sorry it was just sold”. This pass Monday, August 1st we go again with my husband and the man doesn’t realize it’s me and my girls again. Same purple jeep is on their website, the man tells my husband, OH NO we just sold it a little while ago. We showed him several pictures of cars on the site, he says they were just sold. The cars they list are never available, the famous line to customers, “they were just sold. I don’t trust this place, they should be ashamed of themselves, very dishonest. ‘STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE”

Very Helpful Jeep came out beautiful very happy with the price and everything worked out beautiful they did everything they said they were gonna do

The cars they list are not real. Look at the listings on their website then visit the lot. None of the somewhat nicer vehicles exist. They are “bait” cars to get you to the lot. They will not return emails about cars and just expect you to show up to find that what you are hoping to see was “sold.” And by “sold” it means it was never there. Walk through the lot and you’ll see 30 Jeep vehicles in stages of disrepair. Clearly they mix and match parts so they can get a vehicle “good enough” to fool someone in to purchasing. Avoid this place.

The only real problem I had was there was almost NO gas in the car.I didn't realize it until I was about to get on the parkway. NOT GOOD!!!
