If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a 2018 GMC Yukon XL. Less than 5 months of owning it the transmission completely went out. We called them and they said to have it towed to them and if it is apart of the Class Action lawsuit that is currently going on with GM they will replace it. We paid $275 to have it towed there they looked at it for 2 seconds said they would NOT do anything for us. We paid another $275 to have it towed back. When they tow company arrive Bergstrom refused to release it unless we pay them $200. Yes - we purchased a used vehicle. In no way shape or form should the transmission go out in under 5 months. We called around to several transmission shops who told us they replace at least 1 per week in our model vehicle. You would think when you buy a $44,000 vehicle you would get some sort of customer service. Absolutely not. I will never go back and do not recommend purchasing any vehicle through them.

Look for different options
Get different opinions before comming here. I've been here to get work done and have been charged thousands for parts and repairs when you can find another place that will do it for a fraction of the price.

No way
Crooks. Dishonest. Car leaves with more wrong than when brought in. Different quotes every time. Paul service manager needs customer service skills. Told me service was under warranty so took it from local garage for the covered warranty. .then charged me for it. Brought in for same problem multiple times ...they say it's normal. New tires wore horrible. 80k vehicle a waste

Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.

My latest experience with the new GMC service manager was not good. Problem with a vehicle with only 20,000 miles and neither GM nor the dealership willing to correct the issue. Well, the dealership IS willing to do the work, at the retail rate of $650! 'We're in business to make money' was his response. I get that, however, this was a golden opportunity to take care of a regular customer in unique situation. Could have at least offered to do the work at a reduced rate since it should have been a warranty item in the first place. Its all about the $$$$.

The best of the best
I have bought all of my vehicles from Bergstroms. I would not go anywhere else. The service after the sale is off the charts. You are made to feel a part of the Bergstrom family overtime you visit, for whatever the reason. There is no other dealership that I know of that takes care of their customers the way that the Bergstrom Crew does.

Awesome experince
Came in to have my car serviced first for a sensor that went bad and then my brakes. The service department was very prompt and knowledgeable. The two times that I came I dealt with a man named Nick. This experience I have to say has been the best I have had in a long time. Also the mechanic explained everything to me and showed me which I thought was awesome. Been to several different places in the past and you guys top them all in my opinion. I hope to continue to build a good relationship with you in the future for all my needs. Thank you for the awesome service I received.
