Superb does not even begin to describe my experience with...

Superb does not even begin to describe my experience with Cochran of Monroeville. Bernie the sales man was not only knowledgeable but he was easy-going and willing to take his time, which I greatly appreciated. Once I decided on my car, Mr. Penn was beyond helpful working with my finances to get me the best interest rate possible. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Cochran of Monroeville and will continue to do my car buying with this kind group of people! Thank you!!!

I arrived at Cochran looking for a used truck and found...

I arrived at Cochran looking for a used truck and found one in a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The car was in impeccable condition and the price was almost unbeatable. I can almost guarantee you that they could have sold this car for more but stuck to a price that was fair and very much reasonable for how great of a condition the vehicle was in. The best part about my experience was how well I treated even though I wasn't even buying an Infiniti! Absolutely no one was pushy and they listened to what I wanted and offered any way to help me get just that. The salesperson even offered to referred me to their Chevy devision if I wanted to look at other vehicles even though this meant him losing a sale. Additionally, I have had my vehicle serviced by Cochran of Monroeville and they've taken care of me every step of the way. This included honoring my warranty when a lock on a door malfunctioned. It was fixed with zero questions asked. Also, upon getting my vehicle inspected and two new tires (that they allowed me to buy independently) put on, the technician accidentally ran over a nail and popped of my remaining "old" tires when pulling the vehicle out of the bays. Heyward Penn took it upon himself to call me immediately and inform me of the situation which included them overnighting a brand new tire for free. Accidents are surely bound to happen. It's how you deal with them that really matters and this dealership hit the ball out of the park. Truly great customer service.

The staff and service at Cochran Infiniti Monroeville is...

The staff and service at Cochran Infiniti Monroeville is beyond stellar. I will always recommend this dealership when discussing buying cars with family and friends. The staff with whom I worked, Heyward Penn and Steve Phillips, helped me make a decision that was right for me in more ways than one. To say the least, I was given the best service throughout the whole buying experience, was not pressured into or rushed to make a decision, and feel I was given the best value in all aspects of the word. My experiences with the staff and service here have exceeded all expectations, not only during the buying process, but during all service experiences, as well. The service that I have been given since buying my car (inspections, oil changes, etc...) has been exceptional, as the staff goes above and beyond the minimun and what is expected to meet (and exceed) your needs. There are many other aspects, such as online appointments, loaner cars, etc. that I have enjoyed using, as well. I really can't say enough good things about the staff and service as a whole...it is hard to do them justice through words.

I saw a used Honda CRV at the Hyundai location. I asked a salesman that I had dealt with from the Infiniti dealer if he could check it out for me. He not only checked it out but came down and we test drove it and he processed all the paperwork. I was truly appreciative. Thanks Cochran.

I started by reaching out to Infiniti Monroeville via the website after a bad experience at Cochran South Hills. Kathleen Arnett was very responsive and set up an appointment for my wife and I with Shawn Kukic. When we arrived Shawn was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs and handed us off to Jeff. Jeff took the time to walk through everything with the JX. Once we finalized on a price we met with Heyward. My wife and I had been pre-approved for a low intestest rate which Heyward, Shawn and Jeff were able to beat through Infiniti financing. All 3 apologized many times about the experience from their sister dealership. My wife and I have purchased many cars but this was our best experience at any dealership. Jeff, Shawn and Heyward made us feel that they valued our business and us as a customer. I would definitely recommend Cochran's Monroeville Infiniti dealership to anyone in the future.

Bob was great! Not a typical car sales person that I've dealt with in the past. He went on the test drive with us. He knew that I've owned Infiniti products in the past, so he told us about features etc that are NEW that I wouldn't know about. He was very excited to tell us about the 'personal assistant', and related stories about it. When it came time to talk the deal, he knew that I had come prepared with payment details. He was not pushy at all, and when I decided to pass on the deal (I had 2 months to go on my current lease) because we were off a little in where I wanted to be, he was able to 'split the difference'. I really wanted that FX! Delivery was also a very pleasant experience! The FX was sitting in the showroom, all shined up and ready to go. After all of the paperwork, Bob sat with me to go over different options in the car that I wasn't familiar with (all-around view backup camera, bluetooth streaming audio, etc). Again he knew that I was coming off my 3rd Infiniti, so he kept it short and sweet and didn't keep me waiting to drive off (into a snow storm!). I would recommend Bob to any of my friends interested in Infiniti product!

This was my first purchase with Cochran Infiniti and it...

This was my first purchase with Cochran Infiniti and it will most certainly not be my last. I worked with Steve to purchase my new EX35 and he made it extremely easy and pressure free. My husband and I walked in knowing what we were looking for and left with so much more. Steve was very helpful and spent a lot of time showing us all of the features and teaching us all that is available through Infiniti. Steve stayed there beyond the closing time to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied customers. I can't wait for the next few years to go by so that I can go back to buy another vehicle from Steve and the amazing staff at Cochran. It was the best car purchasing experience I have every had.

I maintained my 2004 FX45 at this dealership (Greg McCreight my service advisor) and because of an absolutely outstanding service I decided to replace my wife’s 2004 Audi A4 with new 2012 EX35. The sales process was very smooth, price was excellent and service was superb. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends.

My family has bought numerous cars off of Jeff Comin in the past and will continue to do so. He does everything he can to satisfy our wants/needs and makes sure we have a good experience with Infiniti. I live right next to Rorich Infiniti but choose to go to the monroeville dealership because of him and the other staff members. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
