Vehicle Service at Future Ford of Concord

For anyone who has had previous dealings with Zack Schmid and/or John Salvetti, you KNOW they are the best and really put the importance of quality service and professionalism at the top of their list NEVER had a complaint dealing with Future Ford of Concord!

2016 MKC

Easy check in. Clean service area. Service staff was actually pretty good. Dealer staff ok. Like the car initially, but came to dislike the electronically boosted power steering. Terrible car to drive. Technicians said it was normal. Did not keep the car - in fact turned it in early from the lease. Will not buy another Ford product with such inferior steering.

Don did a great job with my car even though you are extremely short staffed and I had to wait almost a week for my car to be diagnosed.

Great Online Buying Experience

Great online buying experience, dealer was ready with paperwork when we arrived. We negotiated price on phone / internet and also negotiated trade in price. All pricing that was agreed upon, was what was offered when we came in to sign papers. Very nice experience.

Came in left with a new car and upstanding service

From start to finish I was taken care of with the upmost of care. Even a hiccup after the road left the lot was met with empathy and concern and was fixed right up. The purchasing process was also the most efficient one I've had in over twenty years. Highly recommended.

Don't agree/understand your scheduling procedure. When you have an appointment, why can't your servicing start at that time or a short time later. Yes, it has been explained to me..................
