Pricing is great.

If you do your own research and don't like someone looking over your shoulder, this is the place for you. If you need a Salesman to hold your hand while you're making a decision, don't go here. Pricing is great but NON-NEGOTIABLE . They will readily answer questions. They have a good size selection of vehicles.

I came from over two hundred miles to purchase.

I came from over two hundred miles to purchase my vehicle. Alan was awesome from the phone call until meeting him in person. He even helped me get my rent-a-car back. Nice facility and the finance lady was cool too! Even though I purchased a pre-owned vehicle it was detailed and ready to roll. Being in sales myself I like being treated they way I treat people. And James went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend stopping here to purchase a vehicle. In a few years when I'm ready for another vehicle I would definitely go back. GO SEE Alan TODAY!

Moe was great to work with from start to finish.

Moe was great to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a new car. He knew that my time was limited because of my young kids who were with me, and a lot of the details were taken care of over the phone and text throughout the process. The buying process with any dealer for me is typically 1 star, so 5 stars is excellent in my view.

Terrible service

I don't know if all of these reviews are fake, but my experience today was terrible. My wife and I drove 2 hours to look at a 2009 Acura RDX. Every question I asked was redirected towards reading the car report I could find on a 3rd party website, he didn't seem to have any actual knowledge of the vehicle himself. Then I asked him about maintenance inspection; he said all his cars undergo this. So I asked him who performs the inspection... he immediately blew up at me. He told me I shouldn't be asking so many questions for a $9400 car, and that it was now sold and I should leave. I promise you I was kind and patient through the whole process, and was speechless when he kicked me out of his business. Please don't waste your time and hard earned money on this place.

Great Experience at Prudential Auto Leasing!

Moe & Matt were really great to work with! They contacted me the next day on the 2011 Audi that I wanted to see. They answered all the questions and were upfront with everything. They weren't pushy or aggressive. I recommend these two and the dealership to anyone. I really appreciate your help on purchasing this car. Go check out Prudential Auto Leasing! Thanks again guys!

Poor service

Came in to check out a used car. Was immediately asked what my credit was like to which I responded "fair to good", and was told "SORRY CAN'T HELP YOU". That was the end of it.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, as we try to give every car shopper a "5 STAR" buying experience, at Prudential Auto Leasing! As I politely told you, and like many other car dealers, I cannot do not do subprime loans. There was no way I could help you, unless you could get a co-signer. I hope you were successful in your car search. Sincerely, Moe

Hassle Free

My husband and I drove to Ohio from Erie, PA to purchase a Jeep from Moe at Prudential. He made the process so easy. He is very laid back and does not pressure you. He made the car buying experience wonderful and we got a gently used beautiful Jeep Wrangler that we absolutely love at a great price! Thank you Moe!!

Prudential Auto..A Very Good Dealer w/ LOW Prices!

Over the years, I have bought many cars from Moe @ Prudential Auto Leasing. I was pretty sure I'd buy from him again this time, but I admit I did look online first. My very good impression of this dealer & his lowest prices in NE Ohio, were confirmed by my search. I guess all these 5 STAR reviews of Moe & Prudential Auto Leasing, doesn't surprise me...but here's one more! I got another great vehicle at the best price I could find! Before you buy, just check the cars at Prudential Auto, to make sure it's the best you can do. Just wanted to pass on my good experiences over the years & recommend this great dealer, to others! Thanks!

Thank you so much Wendy! We are ecstatic to have you as a customer and we greatly appreciate your kind words. Enjoy that beautiful car and don't hesitate to reach out to me or my team if we can ever be of further assistance

Be A ?Prudential? Used Car Shopper, Buy Elsewhere!

Our car buying experience here was very different from that of the feedback ?left by the other customers?: a disappointing transaction characterized by sketchy dealer conduct. We met with Prudential Auto operator Moe to inspect and test drive a vehicle on their used car back lot. For the test drive, Moe instructed us to ?stay on the main road? in front of the dealership (Chittenden Rd. in Hudson)(Red Flag #1). During our drive and visual idle inspection, we found no obvious mechanical flaws with the vehicle and reviewed several pages of a current, seemingly clean vehicle history report. In addition, the vehicle interior/under hood was exceptionally clean. Upon returning to the dealership, Moe explained that due to the vehicle?s age and mileage (12 years old, roughly 89,000 miles) the vehicle came with an ?as-is? warranty, but assured us the vehicle had recently received and passed a thorough ?108 point inspection?. We returned 3 days later to take a second look at the vehicle and make an offer if satisfied. In negotiating a purchase price, we made an offer about 9% lower than the asking price (a FMV offer based on its age/make/model, in `good? condition). After some hesitance and a phone call to ?the manager?, he agreed to our offer but stated that to sell us the vehicle for that price, he would need to ?mark the condition on the title as `poor?? (Red Flag #2) (This ?branding? subsequently never happened on the actual title). Following our cash payment, he presented us with a bill of sale reflecting a sales price of nearly $2,000 less than what we actually paid for the car. When questioned, he said it had to be that way on the bill of sale ?because of the tax?(?)(Red Flag #3). This was corrected upon our request, and we returned two days later to pick up the vehicle upon minor repair work completion to the bumper. The next day upon vehicle startup the ?service engine soon? warning lamp appeared lit for the first time to us, and remained on. Given the previous events, any sensible used car shopper could rightfully conclude at this point it was a previously known problem, possibly covered up with a quick battery disconnect/reconnect or by clearing the diagnostic codes. Furthermore, any thorough inspection would surely have detected this issue. Agitated but polite, we returned to Prudential the following day to address the issue in hopes of attaining an equitable solution to a preexisting problem: possible diagnosis and fixture at his expense. Showing no surprise or empathy (Red Flag #4), Moe gave us a variety of responses: ?you purchased an `as-is? vehicle?, ?it?s out of my hands?, ?you received a discount on the purchase price? (irrelevant), ?you had a chance to inspect the vehicle?, and ?you?re wasting our time?. Only after trying to reason with him (explaining we were ?good faith? cash-paying customers, telling him to put himself in our shoes) did he send us and our problem to the auto repair shop next to his dealership. He eventually covered a portion of the diagnostic/maintenance cost, but we bore the remaining $240 expense to replace a defective mass air flow sensor, within days of ownership. If you buy from Mr. Gitiforooz (Prudential Auto), do your due diligence as a buyer. Do not take this seller?s word for anything, take a nice, long thorough test drive on Route 8, and request an inspection from an independent mechanic. Better yet, buy from a more upfront, forthright dealer because (as-is warranty or not, buyer due diligence or not) such negligent misrepresentation and concealment of a vehicle?s true condition doesn?t deserve your hard earned dollar. Also, cautiously read and question the authenticity of some of the preceding overwhelmingly positive reviews. The odds that several independent, "very satisfied" reviewers would make the effort to capitalize every letter in the names of salespersons Moe and Alan in their reviews (a tendency found in many of the responses left by Moe) are quite remarkable.
