Prudential Auto Leasing

I just bought a vehicle from Prudential auto Leasing and they were terrific. ALAN never pushed the deal and was upfront from the word go. Never tried to push a price and actually, never even talked numbers while we were doing to demo drive. He was wonderful and helped to make this deal happen. I will most defiantly be recommending these guys to my family and friends in the future. I would highly recommend them to you as well, check the inventory and talk to them first before going anywhere else. Truly the best customer service I have ever received at ANY car dealership. Just bought a Mercedes E500 AMG from their internet sales department. MOE was my contact through the whole purchase experience. I live in NEW YORK , and have never purchased a car online before. Hands down this has been by far the best car buying experience ever. I shopped locally for the car originally, but left every dealership with a feeling that I was just a walking checkbook. My whole experience is five stars.

After searching for over a 6 months online for the next to perfect used MASERATI, I came across what I was looking for at Prudential Auto Leasing. I have purchased about 20 vehicles in my lifetime and MOE at Prudential Auto was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I live North of Atlanta ,GA and this car was at Hudson,OHIO. After many detailed pictures and lengthy phone calls I was comfortable purchasing a 1 way ticket to go pick up my new / used Maserati. Once I checked over the vehicle it was exactly what MOE had described with nothing left undisclosed. I enjoy my car and would recommend Prudential Auto Leasing to anyone looking for a 1st class vehicle from a 1st class dealer. Go see (MOE) for excellent service.

I can't believe I am able to write this, but we had a great used car buying experience at Prudential Auto Leasing. Our sales person, MOE was very informative and helpful and he was awesome to deal with and answered all of my questions and then called me the next day to answer more. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Will definitely look here first for our next car!

I called to inquire about a car listing & the man who answered named Mo refused to give me any details on the car regarding service history. Instead, Mo asked how was I going to pay for the car (I have my own finacing) & where was I located (does where I live matter?). When I answered all of HIS questions, I asked again about the history. He told me that he would call me back and hung up on me. When I called back 30 minutes to speak to a manager, Mo said he was the manager & that he won't give any vehicle information to anyone over the telephone. When I asked who was the GM, he told me to get a life and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!! Don't trust this business even with your own financing. Little do they know who I am & treated me badly. If they only knew...

Our salesman(Alan)was fantastic! He was VERY knowledgeable and very professional. We visited four different dealerships and spoke with a lot of salespeople, he was head and shoulders above the rest. He got us the right car at the right price. It was a no hassle experience from start to finish, even he made sure we did not leave any old records in our trade in car in case of identity theft.

I wanted to thank you guys I was apprehensive at buying my first car without my dad by my side. I walked the lot and no one came running over,"Alan" just asked if I needed help he would be available. when I wanted to test drive it I went and found him and no pressure and offered a fair price lower than my estimation and what I thought the dealership would charge. I was like whoa! that was super easy and no pressure, thanks and I love my new Mazda it is the coolest!
