I didn't purchase the vehicle, because it didn't suit my needs and I found a vehicle elsewhere, however my experience was very satisfying. I believe I spoke with MOE who wasn't pushy and went out of his way to be accommodating. He told me what I needed to hear...not what he thought I wanted to hear...it was refreshing.

Our sales person was "MOE". From the minute we talked to him over the phone to the end of the purchase, Mr. MOE exceeded our expectations. We have in the past purchased automobiles from other dealerships and never experience the service, patience,explanations,and care we received from him. The transaction was seamless. He is a great asset to Prudential Co. Thank you!

After searching high and low for months for a 2500 Dodge Diesel with all the options I wanted, Prudential Auto came through."MOE" didn't have any trouble finding me my truck and gave me $1800 more for my trade than any other dealership that I had been too. Trading in my older truck did NOT make the difference on whether I bought from them or not. It was their non-pushy attitude and professionalism and of course the price that convinced me. They got me financed at a much lower rate than I thought I would get financed at, which saved me over $50 per month.The toughest of finance issues and still supply a great truck and a great price. By the way, I'm female and if you think that alot of dealerships treat women differently and unfairly, they do! Go to this dealership and you'll see the big difference, they talked to me as a person and not some xxxxx! Great job!

I was prompted to call this dealership last Friday after my daughter emailed me some information on a used car on their lot. I spoke with Alan who gave me additional information that really piqued my interest. I left work early and drove to the Prudential Auto Leasing where I met Alan and I was able to test-drive this car. The dealership itself is mid size and clean. Alan is very knowledgeable and his approach to this transaction was quite thorough. He is a pleasant young man who answered all my questions with ease and expertise. Overall, I would do business with him again and would recommend him to a friend/family.

Buying a vehicle is something that I personally dread! My Salesman, Moe, was great to deal with and actually made the whole process fun. There are hundreds of local dealerships that I could have purchased from but I am glad that I drove through Prudential Auto and met Moe. I WILL by from him again!

Purchased a 2004 jaguar x type(beautiful)in mid june of 2011. I'm 40 and that was the best car buying experience ever! Moe at Prudential is a great guy. I received a complimentary warranty with car and had to use for a minor problem that Moe took care of in lightening fast speed. Drop car on Sat and got back on Monday! thats crazy. Warranty was honored. Good people like Moe are rare today and I still cant believe the deal i received thousands under book value! seriously! My financial institution was shocked when I went into auto loan with over 25% equity. They have very very nice cars on lot and advertised perfectly and look even nicer in person so be warned be prepared to drive off in your new car. Also their on site auto shop staff are very knowledgeable and on top of their game. When you meet Moe you will understand he is one of the good guys and you will want to buy a car. My name Dave and I reside in North Olmsted and its well worth the drive to Hudson. Also bought car on first visit and in less then a hour of arriving! Dont play the you will come back bit because your car will be gone and bought buy someone else. Oh wait just received my memo title today that I need to get plates 2 weeks or more early!
