Me and my father went up to look at a few different cars they had the one we originally came up to look was beat to crap and was nasty inside so kept looking, guy showed us an audi i actually was liking told him id have to check insurance make sure thatd be affordable casue you dont buy befoer you know you can afford it, soon as i said that, he goes "yeah you better check that no point in wasting time looking if cant afford it" seen itd be fine insurance wise and asked to take it ona test drive, he sd "are looking to buy a car or just go ona joy ride" was entirely disrespectful as we were rdy to pay cash if we found one we wanted, started arguing with my dad, absolutely unprofessional wouldnt recommend to anyone doesnt like if you know anything about cars

Unfortunately, after three emails, basic questions remained unaddressed. As a long-distance buyer I requested a few pictures of the frame, a date on timing chain replacement (basic maintenance item) and if there were signs of an oil leak from head/valve gasket. Three emails later and I did not have any answers. I quickly moved on, and would not risk a 6 hour drive to a dealership who couldn't respond to such simple questions.

I've never dealt with a car dealership that didn't want to sell a car. I checked via email on a car and it sold before I could get there ..no worries. 6 months later I check on a diffrent car and want to pay cash for it . The response came from someone named Kevin who told me he didn't know which car I was talking about because I've checked on so many . Confused I asked what he was talking about.. he responded that i had checked on another car months ago (which had been sold at this time) when I told him this was months ago I checked on that car he never bothered to respond.Apparently checking on two or three cars in 6 months is to much for this dealership.

We bought our car from Car Source and they were very fair and honest. Our salesman, Alonzo Horn was fantastic. He went out of his way to help us find the perfect car for our granddaughter. He made sure it was running well, safe, and ready for her. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend you check them out...

Bought a Kia Soul in there, the seller was pretty friendly, the car was in good shape and value. Nice experience overall. I will recommend this seller.

I filled out a credit app on a truck. And don't get a payment estimate the guy says to not buy that truck but they have others. I contacted about that 1 truck cause that's the only 1 I wanted.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OR MONEY WITH THIS MEDIOCRE EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!! They will never respond to your emails, i was ready to spend my lifesavings for over 3 years to pay cash and they never got back to me and I’m glad they didn’t and went to another company that actually cares for their customers and vehicles.

I should have read the reviews about Car Source before becoming so frustrated trying to contact them. I have tried every online avenue to contact them including cars.com automated service and Autotrader then texting the # number listed on all of their listings. It’s an automated service that took my number and email and confirmed it everyday with “someone from our online sales team will contact you shortly” message. I wish you could attach pictures to these reviews. They do not return any messages. It’s interesting to me how they always respond in these reviews that they did respond. Based off of my experience, and most of the reviews, they just don’t respond. After 3 days of trying every online avenue to contact them I had to call to talk to someone. I talked with Hershel. He was nice and confirmed that they still had the car so I drove 30 minutes to check it out. Their prices seem reasonable. The test drive was fine. I just walked away not knowing if I could trust this dealership. Remember this car was EXACTLY what I was looking for and in my price range. I should be in my driveway tonight. I wanted to believe that they did the service on the car I was looking at but I got the impression they just wanted to move cars. The “checklist” of items gone over in service just had a line down it saying everything checked out. Even the engine was checked off as being checked by service and it’s an EV. I really wanted this to be the car I bought. Hershel was quick and easy to deal with and gave me what info he had. I came home and did some more research in Car Source and saw so many people with the same issue. Could that many different people be that wrong so many times? My wish is that they would spend more time making sure people are really being followed up with than trying to discredit the same reviewer complaint on here over and over again. To the manager: Someone is severely dropping the ball following up with online text and email. I would be glad to show you everyone of my Inquiries. Please don’t go after the people wanting to spend money with you, go after the people responsible for their complaints. Again, I wanted to be enjoying this car and not doing a negative review. This is a first for me. Every, I mean EVERY, other dealership I’ve reached out to hasn’t stopped their attempts to connect with me and follow up with emails, texts, and calls. Every one except Car Source. Not even a follow up call after my test drive.

They never reached out to me and never answered my questions or gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in.

After several poor experiences at other lots my wife and I called Car Source to inquire about a vehicle. Bob Bauer answered the call, was very polite, answered our questions and invited us to come in. We decided to go in and find Bob. He happened to be the gentleman who came outside to greet us in the cold and offered to show us our vehicle of interest. Bob was not pushy and offered transparent answers to all of our questions. The rest of the sales and management staff were also exceptionally nice. They got us good financing and the process didn't take terribly long. Having sold cars for 8 years myself, I feel that our experience at Car Source was overall a excellent one. Will recommend Bob and Car Source and will shop there again!
