Can you say scam artist?

If you wonder about the other negative reviews about these guys, they are there because it’s true. Drove up there for a car that is still showing on their website that they gave me a song and dance about how they dropped more money on it and they were asking for the car and somebody bought it and have it towed out of there. Half of the cars I wanted to look at with my son were either not there even though they were on their website or didn’t run. All they try to do is upsell.

Stevie, I'm not sure of the particulars of your concern but I can tell you 100% that the cars you see online on our site were here or currently are here. We are not "scam artists". Not sure how many cars you were coming to look at but half the cars could've been 2. I understand it can be frustrating when cars of a certain price range can need things to meet your expectations. Generally speaking you get what you pay for is an adage that still rings true. If your expectations are to buy a $5000 car for $1000 then you will have to look for a LONG time. No car I saw was driveable

They basically post a ton of cars that aren’t even drivable at amazing prices just to lure you in and b*llxxxx you. First car I came to see... they don’t even have a key for it. Saw another car on their site that said “needs some engine work”, so I asked about it... the salesman told me it needs an engine. Another car on their site I asked to hear the engine... the car wouldn’t start. While he was looking for a jump starter I asked about the car next to it... as he went in to look for the keys I realized that one of the tires wasn’t even on the wheel. I just f*xxxxx left while he was inside getting the key. 4 different cars. That are posted on their website. For sale. Are not even possible to drive. Looked at 4 cars... and not a single one of them was able to actually move. What a waste. What a scam. What a TERRIBLE business model. This is why people feel like car salesmen are xxxx. This is why no on trusts car salesmen.

Made no effort to contact me. Why are they online if they don't make it easy to trade in,test drive?One week not enough test drive. What if I want my old car back? Are they bringing it back at no cost?

Unavailable Inventory

After emailing them about an online listing I received an email telling me the car was still available. I drove a half hour to the dealership only to be told they sent it to auction. Basically received a sorry about your luck response.

Unreasonable Pricing

The dealer's asking price was $5,000 over what they would pay for a trade in on the same vehicle. They were only willing to come down on the price by $700. They claimed that the fees/costs on top of the trade in value take the price of the car up. However, the car clearly wasn't cleaned: toys, receipts etc along with sand and other grime were throughout. My point: no detailing fee! The car was sold locally. My point: no obscene transportation fees. I grant there is paper work and employee time put into the trade and sale but in my opinion profiting $5,000 on a used car is too much, I can understand about $2,500 dollars of profit in the above scenario but the other $2,500 seems greedy to me. Based on the above I would recommend avoid wasting your time at this place.

Horrible Sales Team

Worst salesman and staff ever. Hidden damage on the car wasn't shown in online photographs. Check engine light was on, and they feed a BS story about how clean it was just to get you in. They are desperation to sell a car and they give you the run-a-round. Total waste of your time- don't go here for anything.
