Had a good experience when visited the dealership. Kudos for Albennes(Sales). He knows what his selling and didn't feel that I'm being pressured for the sales. I'm only giving 4 stars overall due to the trip back and forth, but giving 5 stars for Albennes.Gage(Finance) is also helpful for my financing and also giving him a recognition for working with me.I got a 2016 Civic EX-L as pre-owned. Regarding the civic that I got, I had an issue with the humming sound that I'm hearing when driving. It was diagnosed and they found out that it has a wheel bearing issue and they replaced in a timely manner. But as of this writing, the humming sound still persist so I might bring the car again for service. My service advisers are Angela and Jessie(not sure the spelling) and they're really friendly. I'm still giving them a good review for helping me with the service. For the car issue that I'm having right now is only a random issue that sometimes needs more diagnostic time to finally find the issue.

Our salesman Albennes Armstrong was very nice and helped us correctly. His laid back nature was good and we didn’t feel pressure like sometimes at car dealers. He helped us lower the price and we were pleased with our visit.

James, Justin, and Ethan made sure that my family got the deals we were looking for, staying past closing to ensure we were all happy. James went back and forth with Justin for us ensuring that we could stay within our budget, while handling every detail as if it were his own car he was buying; more then that, the care they exhibited made us feel like we mattered, like we were more then sales numbers to them. Ethan finalized the paper work, and when one small thing was off, and could have made or broke the deal my wife was looking for, he said, “Let me see what I can do, I’ll be right back” and had negotiated the service and coverage she wanted into an amount we could afford. It isn’t often that you come across true compassion and empathy, especially when buying new cars, but at Coggin Hondaof Saint Augustine, with James, Justin and Ethan taking care of people, that’s exactly what you get.

Christopher Hall was such a nice, polite, and patient salesman! He really took care of us with this car buying experience. He is a super great guy!
