Chivvon Vey in the service department helped me with some routine maintenance work before I go on a road trip and he was great!!! My service manager was Chihivon Vey. I was very upset coming in and with in minutes he had me me under stand safe was his first concern. He made know that commitment that he didn't keep. Kept in touch with you. Not you calling asking questions. He took control. A d one thing I know when I left he truly was all my safety. And if he says I will get back to you in a hour. He really did . Just above beyond service I never have had before. I will be telling all my Honda friends to go see him. He explained everything in terms you could understand. We returned to Coggin Honda to purchase a new vehicle. Everything about the experience was wonderful including the sales rep, Albennes Armstrong. He was excellent and as a previous comptroller with Toyota, I was greatly impressed. Also the finance manager, Gabe Kirkendoll, was excellent and explained everything completely.
