Called First about a car we saw online. Colby took my call. So when we made it in a few days later we made sure Colby was working. He had the car warm & ready for us to test drive. (Trust me, he was the friendliest guy in there!) He took the hard time my husband gave him the entire time we were there & that’s not an easy task! If you go in I highly recommend Colby.

Great experience! They worked with me and did everything they could to help me get approved for a car! A few hours later i drove away in 2007 mercury milan!

The sales guy was personable and funny! The car seemed okay at first. Realized it had some issues after driving it for a few days. Cant give a solid recommendation until I find out if they will do some repairs for the price of this car.

Need a new mechanical staff!! Buy a used car and less than two months later it needs a new ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION. The obviously don't know what they are doing. Wouldn't trust anyone there!!!

Overall, I had a great experience at Columbus Auto Source. They worked with me on a good deal, and had me in and out relatively quick. Great customer service and any questions and concerns I had they made sure to answer and handle them as best as they could. Matt made the transaction a breeze and was very helpful.
