Without a doubt, Columbus Auto Source will be the only place that we buy our vehicle's from. I have bought 3 cars from Andy and will continue to due so for several reason. Andy puts your mind at ease when it comes to the searching process of finding a car. You tell him exactly what you want, generally when you need it by, and Andy makes sure he finds you the best possible deal--within your price, needs, wants and all without you having to do much at all. I purchased my Mercury Mariner with a trade in - When I first contacted Cols Auto Source, I spoke with Luke Spencer and explained that I needed an SUV and had a trade in. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted within about two weeks. It needed a paint touch up over one wheel well, and they took care of that also. The financing went flawlessly and was easy. I have also used the service center - equally good results. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Really had a great experience here. Lucas Spencer was often and, made feel like he was looking out for me too.

If anyone ever goes here ask for Luke. Yes he may talk just a bit much but he's is great. He's constantly explains everything, so you understand what's going on. He did an excellent job getting me the SUV I wanted and the payment I could work with. It took some time but he was able to make it work.

He will tell you if your expectations are inline with his knowledge of the market. Andy is not a transactional salesperson he is out to build lifelong clients. Terrible customer service! We called twice before driving three hours to go look at the car. We get there the car is gone it should be back in 20... 30 minutes later the sales person comes out and tells me that the guy driving it is selling the car. COULD NOT EVEN HOLD THE CAR FOR US TO SEE.
