First time buyer at Columbus AutoSource and glad I went. They are friendly and so helpful. I truely recommend buying from them. They had plenty of cars to choose from and willing to work with you.

Took the day to drive about 2 hrs, for a certain car they showed in stock, only to be slightly disappointed in the condition of the car. When I started up the car, the smell of the previous smoker, hit me strong. Told them it was a “non-selling” point for me. They suggested an air freshener? Handed them back the key, and said “No Thanks”.

As soon as you walk in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful. The guys went out of their way to assist me with my purchase, even stayed late to complete the transaction.

Chris was excellent and easy going. No hard pressure sales with excellent customer service. Service department was friendly and knowledgeable...Highly recommend and ask for Chris.

Pushy sales manager, they lie to you to get you to buy a car and if there is something wrong with the vehicle they don't even want to own up to the fact that they sold you a xxxxty vehicle. Do not EVER buy a car from this place they are crooks.

My wife and I seen this suburban on line it was just what we had been looking for! Called spoke to Chris (salesman) said they still had it and he would get it out and ready. We drove the 187 miles and it was out ready for us to see and test drive. We love it!!! Did all the paperwork and brought it home. On that Monday after we were there on Saturday Matt(manager) called and told us the financing did not go through because we lived out of state. Matt worked until he was able to get us financing in Indiana!! These guys were awesome, they work together and made this a painless has possible!! Columbus auto source is a great place. This is the only place I would buy a car from. Very curious, went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I refer all my friends to this car dealership.

Josh was extremely prompt in returning my email about a vehicle they had for sale. Said they still had it, so we scheduled a test drive for the next day. My wife and I drove 3 hours from Kentucky and were really impressed when we pulled up and the vehicle was right out front ready for us to test drive. Car drove great and looked awesome. In the end, the lowest reasonable price and my highest budget couldn't meet(understandably so). Even though we left without a new car, I'm still really pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone, namely Josh and Ely, at Columbus Auto Source. If you're in the market for a used car, you owe it to yourself to check these folks out.
