This is the first car i have purchased, and I'm happy to say it was a far more pleasant experience than I had expected. I went to a few other new and used dealerships before I came to J&M, and the environment here right from when I walked in was much calmer and welcoming than any of the others. Brian was very informative and helped me immensely in my choice of car (I came in with a list of about 7), and he made the process stress-free and easy. It doesn't even feel like a car dealership, they don't push you into buying anything, and everyone is honest. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a used car, and I will come back if I am looking for a used car in the future!

Everything went really smooth. There was no pressure from the salesmen at all. Only thing that could have been better was emails took a little time back and forth, but I understood the guys were busy. Very satisfied overall.
