I have had an Amazing experience. Sales, Finance and Service have exceeded my expectations of any car dealer I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is flawless. I have recommended friends and family and will continue to do so.

Was very satisfied with the entire process. Most staff was very attentive. Young girl at front desk was not very customer friendly... otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars.

I bought a car from J&M Auto Sales about a month ago with Brad Baumhar as the sales rep. Brad was so easy to work with and made this experience a delight. He arranged for any of my concerns to be taken care of with their service department and they did an excellent job of taking care of all my concerns.

They were very amicable to work with, worked for our business and provided a thorough dealer prep including new rotors and pads even though they had some life left to them.

I knew the car I wanted. I found it on the lot at J & M. The salesman was friendly and professional - no hard sell, attentive, efficient. The finance guys were expedient and accommodating. I took the car recently for its first oil change. These guys were equally friendly, attentive, and professional. There is a positive air around these folks. I highly recommend J & M.

This dealer was nothing but helpful. They stayed in touch throughout the process but were not pushy. The quality of the vehicle is great. The inventory was not only vast in quantity but the quality was there as well. They made the financing easy and even though registering was out of state everything went well. They were great to do business with.

The employees did a very good job of easing the buying process for me, being my first big purchase. At first they were a little argumentative about fixing something on the vehicle, but that was quickly resolved. Overall they were a helpful dealership.
