I was very hesitant to the fact of buying a used car like very many are, but as soon as walked through the doors I was greeted instantly with a smile and a "welcome to j&m how can I help you?" I asked to look at some cars but didn't really know what I wanted. In a instance I was greeted by Vinny Petta. He.He was funny,kind and very patient with me and with those who know me is not an easy task to handle.Eventually with vinny's help I was able to get my now best car ever in my eyes an Audi TT convertible.!!! It was all so quick and easy from the sales process to financing, in which ken nelson the finance manager got me the best rate and was very explanatory when it came to every form if i had any questions. I would also like to mention the receptionist Faith, she was so attentive and always made sure I was taken care of promptly and always with a wonderful smile this dealership is certainly lucky to have her. I bought used car here last year and as with any used car there are some problems that arise. The service dept esp Eric schifilkiti have been wonderful. They go out of their way to make things happen. Their professionalism and courtesy is beyond my expectations. I would come back here again for any car I buy and highly recommend to everyone. !!!!

Mike was wonderful. Not like other salesmen that keep calling and calling. Was very pleasant to deal with and understood our needs. He followed up on my phone call without being a pest. One main reason I would deal with him again. Great personality.

The only problem I had was with getting financing. I tried to find the best rates and it turned out to be a hassle. It wasn't the dealership it was more the banks. In the end I found the best rate so it all worked out. But in the future will buy from these guys again! A+ All Around!!!!!!!

Just purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger this past week. Brad was wonderful to work with, very helpful and fun and not pushy like most sales people. With his help and the help of Steve in financing, I was able to finance the car on my own for a very reasonable rate, and was offered a great deal for my trade. Definitely the easiest and quickest car buying experience by far! Everyone was very friendly and felt at home there. Would definitely purchase from them again!
