had the car i was interested in but no response/follow up on availability when i inquired

To all future car buyers, please avoid this dealership they truly sell LEMONADE cars. I bought a vehicle from them and the process took the whole day to complete. Then the dealer himself was worthless, no help what so ever. No liquid was topped off or a fresh oil change before leaving the dealer. Now I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a look over and he said that thier are parts miss which suggest that vehicle was in an accident, that was not reported to Carfax. Save yourself the headache and search other Dealers.

Fraud Alert They only work with LEMON cars or salvage title cars. They don’t disclose this to clients and use deception words to describe it so if you do know what a LEMON car is now you know. And they sell them at the same price of normal / clean title cars. Crooks

They were nice but did not have the vehicle I want. Said would look for that vehicle and keep in touch

I have emailed them twice about a listing they have and have had no response. It is not that difficult to respond to legitimate inquiries

The finance manager was rude and disrespectful. Told me I needed a co signer and that my credit score of 675 was not good enough. It’s funny tho that I got a Jeep on my own from a dealership with my credit score and no money down. The finance manager needs to get his attitude checked about other people when it comes to business. Cause they lost a customer and will not refer anyone to Auto Merchants.

This has to be the best car buying experience I had at any car dealership. Pretty much gave me what I was asking for for my trade-in. The condition and value of the truck I bought from Auto Merchants was great. They have very competitive prices as I looked at multiple trucks and checked competitors and KBB pricing. Now, the person that made my experience great was Omar Alajami. If you are looking for a great person that just happens to sale vehicles, then Omar is your guy. I would recommend checking them out and ask for Omar.

Do not trust this dealership. We bought a car here and within the first month the water pump, front and back brakes w rotors all needed to be replaced. I asked about the brakes at the time of purchase. The sales person had the car ‘looked at’ and said they were fine.

They were the best place I have ever tried to purchase a vehicle. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle as it did not meet my needs. However, they allowed me the time I needed to make the right decision for me.
