This is my second purchase at Auto Merchants and continue to be impressed with the overall process and product. This time I worked with Travis and his sales process set him apart from the competition. Travis made sure to communicate efficiently while not being pushy at all. When Travis didn’t know the answer to a specific question he pulled in additional resources that did. Most sales people would tell you what they thought you wanted to hear, not Travis and he earned my trust for this. I would, and have recommended Auto Merchants to friends and family members when they are in the market for a new vehicle. Top notch cars with top notch representatives!

Well Most people would like to buy cars with out being chased around by a salesman who has one goal to close you on anything then there’s Travis Potash I mean Travis is a salesman’s but what sold us 6 times in the last 10 years is the customer service that has all but vanished in this Country Travis is so knowledgeable of the vehicles he sales and he listen to what say and don’t say at the same time so I have sent dozens of people friends and family remembers he simply cares about you and your needs without pushing you on just a car I have purchased every car I have owned in last 10 years as long as he is there I will buy trade or sale Great guy best kept secret in the Car business Thank you Kindly you are a class act
