Shopping for a used car can be a painful experience, but not here. Trevor D. and his coworkers were very polite, professional, and helpful. I got exactly the car I wanted at a good price, and they even did some minor work on the air conditioning for me as a condition of sale. It was the complete opposite of my usual painful buying experience. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! It was well worth driving almost an hour to get the vehicle from them.

Nissan Cubes with manual transmission aren't easy to find, so when one showed up at Prestige Imports, we drove 155 miles from south-central Wisconsin to Saint Charles, IL to look at it--and, yes, buy it. Trevor and Anthony gave us most of the information we needed via friendly e-mails, and they were just as friendly and helpful on the phone and when we got there. We took the car to Reber & Foley for an inspection, and they pointed out a leaky valve stem on a rear tire; when we got back to Prestige, Travis (Trevor's brother) fixed it the right way rather than putting a band-aid on it. And Anthony dropped the price a bit because of another problem with the Cube. They were really busy that day, but we managed to complete the sale and get home not long after dusk. There was a bit of confusion over the title itself, but I think that was due to our payment method (personal check) and our out-of-state status. But the title was mailed overnight to us after our check cleared, and we managed to get the rest of the Wisconsin formalities (tax, registration, plate transfer) taken care of the afternoon of the day the title was delivered. Overall, it was a very good experience. A whirlwind of a day, what with the long drive, the inspection, and all the paperwork and such, but we got the Cube and we really like it. And we really appreciate the friendliness of the Prestige folks--and the fact that there was no pressure: they wanted to make sure we'd be happy with the Cube, and we are. Thanks, Prestige!

I was contacted by salesman from Prestige imports and had a very nice conversation concerning a car they had for sale. He were very honest and forthcoming concerning the condition of the vehicle. He went over the car fax with me and I decided the vehicle was not what we were looking for. BUT just from that initial contact I would look there again if ever in need of another used vehicle.

We bought a mini van from Prestige this past weekend and it was a fantastic experience! We had seen the vehicle online and sent and e-mail of inquiry about it. Trevor D called us the same day letting us know that the van was still for sale and welcomed us to call him back to set up a time to come test drive the vehicle. We didn't call back as we weren't sure of our plans but ended up going on a Saturday afternoon where we met Tony C. We test drove the van, and Tony walked us through the records of the van. We really liked the vehicle and were given a price. We don't finance and work hard to save our money. We told Tony we had to work within our budget. He was real, no fancy talk, and we were able to trade in our old minivan and stay within our budget. The facility was super clean. We had our 5 year old with us so she was glad to see some toys in their waiting area to play with as we talked with Tony. All the staff were very friendly and seemed to work really well together. This was a pain free experience where we felt like we mattered more than the vehicle. We recommend this facility based on their customer service, honesty, quality and friendliness.

This was the most enjoyable car purchase we ever had. No pressure, good conversation, and extremely quick process.

I bought a 2008 Honda Civic from Trevor Dexter and Anthony on Jan 23, 2016. They were both very helpful, I took it for a test drive. They said I could take it to any mechanic and have them put it up on the rack and check it out. They will sell you a car with NO pressure. What a change from what other places do Everyone is very friendly. I visited them 2 times before I bought. They have a good selections of good cars. I have been buying cars for over 50 years and I rank them the Best I have ever dealt with. Great Customer Service and Great staff. It will be easy to recommend them to others because of the way they do Business.

I recently found myself at Prestige Imports after terrible experiences at two other dealerships. Anthony and Crystal were kind, knowledgeable, eager to help, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy a car, get financing, etc. Everything was so simple, the car I chose is great, the price was more than fair, and I appreciate that we didn't have to play any games regarding price, extra fees, etc. I have already recommended Prestige to several friends and will definitely be back when my son is ready to purchase his first used vehicle.
