This was a great experience. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy the car. I also went on a test drive by myself. They do not come with you on the test drive. The whole process was very smooth and extremely fast. It was also a great car with low miles and in great condition. Very nice people.

Great experience
We were in the market for an AWD vehicle and they had one listed online evenly with KBB.com. We drove in to take a look at it and were please to see it was as advertised. They let us go on a test drive by ourselves and let us look over the car unhindered for as long as we wanted. Never once was there pressure for a trade in value or how were were going to purchase. The only hitch was that there was no second key for my wife, Jeff took care of us in paying for it himself all we would need to do was pay for the programming. Great experience, would recommend or purchase here again.

Easy Buying Experience
After doing some comparison shopping, I found a car on their website that I was interested in. The car drove well during my test drive but it was very dirty and the paint had numerous scratches. I was told it was being used as a loaner car. I told Anthony (salesman) I was interested in the car if it were properly cleaned and detailed. It would also have to be inspected and approved by my mechanic. Without any hassle we quickly agreed to a price and my conditions. The car checked out mechanically and Prestige did an excellent job cleaning and detailing the car. Most of the scratches were gone or hardly noticeable. Overall, I found this to be a very good car buying experience.

My great deal
Quick, easy the staff was great and I TRULY feel I got a great deal. I had plenty of time to find a new used car as my family had an extra car, so I took my time in searching for that "diamond in the ruff" deal and after 4 months of patient searching and watching online I found it at Prestige. I LOVE my new trailblazer! Thanks guys!

Great First Car Buying Experience!
Nothing but amazing things from this dealership! This was my first time buying a car and I was on a bit of a time constraint; my friend Mark started looking at cars for me on Tuesday and I had to leave for a road trip to Utah by Saturday! Anthony was great and found me a wonderful 2005 Subaru Impreza Outback: exactly what I was looking for. The actual buying process was as smooth as can be; we took the car for a test drive, then to a local mechanic to check it out. The car did need to get a new timer belt, which the mechanic estimated would be around $800. When we took the car back to the Prestige Imports with a list of what needed to be fixed on the car, Anthony gave us a much better deal to fix everything on the car and even have it ready by Saturday! They even referred us to a great local credit union to finance the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Chicagoland area; painless, easy going car buying experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish
I was in the market for a used SUV and after identifying a couple on the Prestige Imports website, I decided to make the trip from Naperville. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to keep my eyes on this dealership in the future and will certainly keep them in mind on future purchases.

CON ARTISTS
This place is a joke. Sold me a car under false pretenses. They buy nice LOOKING cars in need of repairs for cheap from auctions and don't disclose any of the issues. Oh, but if you discover something and ask about it, all of the sudden they tell you that they were going to mention something. Within the first month the car needed a full brake job and front wheel bearings and tires because of the dangerous wear pattern in them as a result of the bad wheel bearings. Find out a month later that it needs a $3200 trans rebuild. Scam artists!

We are sorry this customer feels this away about our dealership and the vehicle he purchased from us. We have been in business 10 years and always try to be reasonable and fair with our customers. In our defense, this customer purchased a 10 year old vehicle with 121,000 miles at the time of sale. Our vehicles go through a pre-sale inspection process and at the time of sale there was no apparent issues with bearings or the transmission. The customer had an issue with the brakes shortly after purchasing the car from us and with no hesitation we told the customer we would take care of it regardless of what it was. We ended up putting new brakes on the car at no charge. Upon picking up the vehicle, the customer presented us with a check for the purchase price. We told them that the car was already paid for and they said "we put a stop payment on the check." This was totally uncalled for and illegal to do. We did not make an issue of it and parted ways. The customer then called us the week of July 6th (vehicle purchased from us March 15th) and told us that his vehicle was diagnosed with a transmission problem and that he thought it fair that we paid for 1/2 of the repair cost. We told him that it had been nearly 4 months since he purchased the vehicle and that we would not cover any of the repair cost. If there is indeed a transmission problem, this is unfortunate and I'm sorry to hear this. The customer told us that a good mechanic would have known the transmission was bad before we sold it and requested payment. He thought it was irrelevant that it's been nearly 4 months since the issue developed. If there was a transmission problem at time of sale, why was it brought to our attention nearly 4 months down the road? Unfortunately vehicle components fail, and the fact that a component failed on a vehicle of this age and mileage is not uncommon. I understand the customer is frustrated, but to call us "con artists" and a "joke" is not fair. An extended warranty was offered at time of sale, which would have alleviated this situation. This was declined. Also, we never deny a customer the opportunity to take a vehicle elsewhere for a pre-purchase inspection. I'm sorry this customer is having to spend money to repair his vehicle, but to expect us to pay is unreasonable.
Exceptional cars, value and service!
Plain and simple...these guys do things the right way! I just finished buying a 2011 Lexus from Prestige thanks to their commitment in helping me find the car I wanted. The team is as fair and honest as the day is long. No pressure, no pitches, they are there to help you first and foremost. This is the fifth car we have bought from them and after the first purchase experience, we really never considered going anywhere else. Once you've dealt with Eric, Anthony, Jeff, Brian or anyone else on the team, you really have a difficult time at another dealership. There is a lot of value to be found on the lot and trade-in values are fair. They stand behind their products and closing out the transaction is organized and painless. I agree with the reviewer who noted that it was easier to buy a car here than it was to go out and buy a cell phone. That is a true statement. Truely a great experience all the way around!

Excellent car buying experience
We purchased a black Mini Cooper from Prestige and the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. From the unaccompanied test drive through the trade in valuation to driving off the lot took under 90 minutes. Eric Chock and his team went above and beyond to ensure we got the deal we wanted. Anyone who is a fan of laid back no pressure car buying should visit Prestige Imports. Great selection of cars too.

Mercedes C300
This place rocks! They had the best prices on used Mercedes C classes but didn't have the color or options I wanted specifically. They were able to locate and have the car I wanted delivered with in one week's time. There was hassle or haggle. I worked with Jeff and Dan. They gave me a fair price on my trade and overall this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
