I recently found myself at Prestige Imports after terrible experiences at two other dealerships. Anthony and Crystal were kind, knowledgeable, eager to help, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy a car, get financing, etc. Everything was so simple, the car I chose is great, the price was more than fair, and I appreciate that we didn't have to play any games regarding price, extra fees, etc. I have already recommended Prestige to several friends and will definitely be back when my son is ready to purchase his first used vehicle.

I cannot say enough !!! the whole car buying experience was great.... When you pull up you don't have a salesperson down your throat , you can look at the cars and when you are ready they will let you test drive the cars you like. They have friendly people and will help you get finance even if you have so so credit... they go that extra step and that is why I will go back ...

Contacted Prestige by email about a RAM 1500 for sale that I saw advertised online. Received a reply that the vehicle was available. Sent another email asking 2 questions about the vehicle and asking about value of a possible trade-in. Received no reply. Tried another email note, with no reply. Tried another email note and asked for the name of someone who could help me, with no reply. Telephoned a few days later and was told that the vehicle was sold. Incredibly poor customer service. Will never shop at this dealership, when so many dealers pride themselves on customer service.

I bought a 2010 Acura TSX V6 Technology Package from them at the end of February. The price was very fair, the sales process was smooth; they were not pushy, and they agreed to handle the transaction however I wanted. They gave me very fair value for my trade in (considering what other places would give), and also offered to fix a seat issue that was discovered during the test drive. While they've not been able to resolve the seat issue themselves over the past month, they paid for Acura to perform the repairs, which is exceptional service. There was also an issue where the bank for our trade-in delayed the pay-off, and Prestige was very patient and helpful in dealing with the bank to get it resolved. The only downside to dealing with Prestige is that they only have one prime lender, so if that lender does not give you the best rate, you'll need to find your own financing (e.g. Credit Union) or refinance after-the-fact. Otherwise, I greatly appreciate the customer service provided, the after-sales support was exceptional, and the car has been flawless.

I bought a 2011 Mercedes two weekends ago and highly recommend Prestige Imports. Joey helped me find the car I was looking for and worked quickly through the paperwork. In all, I was there maybe 2-3 hours, which is really fast when buying a car. They offer great pricing and low-pressure sales. I will definitely look here first the next time I buy a car.

Prestige is great. No pressure to buy. Staff is super friendly and very easy to work with. We stopped in more than 5 times before we decided on a car, and they were more than helpful every time. They suggested a great financing option that saved us a lot of money. Very happy we bought here and will definitely be back when we need another car.

My goodness! This place is phenomenal! We've recently purchased a 2004 Nissan Quest from Prestige. The van drove perfectly, and is in excellent shape! The salesman, Anthony, is so super sweet and super friendly! We paid for the van in full, with no warranty. I noticed that the heat was not as hot as it should be, and Anthony assured me he would take care it....for free! Remind you that we purchased this van as-is, so they really did not have to do so! This is a classy and friendly dealership! Both my husband and teenage son are looking to buy cars within the next few months. There is only one place we will purchase cars from: Prestige Imports!
