The guy at the counter was a big help, my service was completed within the scheduled time, and communication was through. My complaints are the prices and website. These dealerships are all charging far too much. The website is worded very strangely on services. I had to call to be clear what it is I wanted specifically done

I recently brought my 2005 Hyundai Sonata into AutoNation

I recently brought my 2005 Hyundai Sonata into AutoNation Subaru, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Even though my car isn’t a Subaru, the team treated it with the same care and professionalism as if it were one of their own. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the work that needed to be done. They walked me through everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I really appreciated the transparency and communication throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and with high quality. My Sonata is running smoother than it has in a long time, and it’s clear that the technicians take pride in what they do. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but AutoNation Subaru has definitely earned mine. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone — Subaru or not — who’s looking for reliable, professional service!

low key, low pressure. A very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Joshua Ankney was outstanding in every way. He answered every question to our satisfaction. The supporting staff was also excellent.
