Working with AutoNation Subaru Spokane Valley through the Costco Auto Program was an effortless purchase event. All my questions were answered, and I was more and more confirmed in the wisdom of my decision as I learned more about Subaru.

The guy at the counter was a big help, my service was completed within the scheduled time, and communication was through. My complaints are the prices and website. These dealerships are all charging far too much. The website is worded very strangely on services. I had to call to be clear what it is I wanted specifically done

low key, low pressure. A very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Joshua Ankney was outstanding in every way. He answered every question to our satisfaction. The supporting staff was also excellent.
