absolutely impossible to get a straight answer out of these guys. was told multiple times the truck i wanted was ready to view only then to be told it wasn't even on the lot. now i am reading the other reviews and am realizing that the prices listed are just to get you in to the stealership so they can change the price. what a joke. run from this place. if the price is too good to be true, it probably is.

RUN from this dealer!
I was made aware by my mechanic that the used Camry I bought from this dealer was sold to me with tires that were 4 years older than the car itself. When the tires started consistently losing air, I tried addressing this with the dealer. The manager deflected my calls and told me he'd call after the first of three in-person visits because "those records were on a different system"- no call. Three voicemails to their customer service rep- she never replied. On my last visit, after trying to deal with me exclusively through the receptionist, the manager finally came out and told me with a big smile that the tires they sold me were within legal limits of wear and tear at the time of sale, but he'd be happy to now sell me new ones. When I told him that one of those same tires had just blown out three blocks from their dealership (!) and asked for assistance, he shrugged and said, "Call AAA" before walking away.

Service department
This is a service department review. A front and rear-end collision caused considerable damage to the suspension system of my car. I was confused about how much repair was required I consulted with Margaret who is a service advisor. She checked all the system and explained in detail the extent of damage and service needed. I am always grateful for customer safety-conscious response. They are very reliable and are an important factor for us. I have never had a bad experience at here for 20 years.

Great experience at DCH Toyota of Torrance
I went to DCH Toyota of Torrance 2-3 weeks ago to browse their used cars. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist ( unfortunately I didn't get her name) and asked if someone could show me their used car inventory. After just a few minutes, a female approached me and introduced herself as "Teresa". She was helpful and answered all of my questions. I didn't find what I was looking for that particular day, but she has contacted me several times since that day to let me know of new vehicles that I might be interested in and is always polite and professional- and never "pushy". Thank you Teresa for your excellent service!

All prices listed on Cars.com is not accurate. Really? BS accessories added on for a use car? The days of dealership being close to honest is long gone. What banks are going to finance cars priced way above market value?

Rip off
This is a warning to anyone even considering getting a vehicle here, they sell you lemons or manufacturer defects at above market price for a new or used vehicle, they are also affiliated with Toyota Financial, the most untrustworthy and corrupt financial institution in the business. Even if you have excellent credit, they will throw you under a bus and make sure you stay there once you fall for their substandard so-called premium add-ons that they try to force you to add to their already unbelievably high monthly payments for financing to own or leasing that even luxury car dealers don't charge for their vehicles e.g. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Tesla, Rivian etc. If you wanna leave a dealership feeling like you got ripped off to the highest caliber from a company car brand that's meant for poor to middle class people and go home feeling like you sacrificed your life to a bunch of low life tricksters, then by all means go and ruin your life at DCH Toyota of Torrance or it's affiliates. You've been warned and don't say I didn't told you so.

Cars.com Price = Not "Real" Price
Attempted to buy a vehicle at the advertised Cars.com price. Was told the "real" price is much higher due to market adjustment. While it is true many dealerships are charging a premium for popular cars now, not all are - and displaying an advertised selling price (in this case, the MSRP) with no intention of honoring it is not only a waste of potential customers' time, it is out-and-out fraudulent advertising.

Rip off
Got quoted for a RAV4 over the phone, told the guy over the phone that I will be driving 65 miles for this car, he said all set and keep the keys on the side. As soon as got to the lot, the price was increased by 10K called special accessories. Don't trust these guys, bunch of thieves.

The place is always offering accessories that increase prices a lot. I got my first car here and put so many things at the end of the contract, and they made me buy the extended warranty, expensive insurance, accessories like a GPS locater that never worked, windows protections. Ask for the real price before application
