Great service!! Stephon Stanton (salesman) and Patrick Burns (finance officer) were absolutely GREAT!! The man at the desk (service supervisor, I think) that took care of fixing the tailgate, was AWESOME, as well. Keep it up!! I LOVE MY NEW, but used, TRUCK!!

What a great experience at AutoNation Wolfchase! Isaac in Sales was AMAZING! So friendly, professional and made the whole process easy! He went over and above by driving to another location to pick up the car I wanted to see. The GM even came over to talk with us. He was also friendly and extremely helpful!!!

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer from Autonation
I purchased a new 2020 Ford Explorer from Autonation Wolfchase Ford. Has 38.000 miles on it so it is under warranty. I took it back to Wolfchase Ford on 12 March 2024 to fix a transmission problem and just received word yesterday that it was fixed, that’s 4 months and 3 days. They claimed their policy was not to offer a replacement car while repairs are ongoing. Service manager claimed they attempted a transmission rebuilt three times then finally had Ford send them another transmission. Car was received dirty and enough fuel to go only 10 miles until empty. Over four months to repair a warranty item is totally unacceptable and I believe falls under the Tennessee Lemon Law.

Took my F150 to Autonation Ford Wolfchase because of a
Took my F150 to Autonation Ford Wolfchase because of a recall. I was told the recall fix can problems with the trucks PCM and there was nothing they could do. Therefore, the recall is still in play. Waiting to see what Ford will do to fix the recall. Had the service department change the oil, rotate and balance the tires.
