I have a 2019 Exployer. I have received 3 recalled letters, every time I call for an appointment, either they didn't have the part or they say that it didn't apply to me. After reading the letter to the person, he finally gave me an appointment 🤔.

Bought a 2019 Ford explorer (new)July 2019 with a rebate...
Bought a 2019 Ford explorer (new)July 2019 with a rebate from Farm Bureau. I took my certificate. The finance department have not processed my certificate yet. I have went to WolfChase Ford, Bartlet TN. I have called numerous times, so now what? Go to the MTV news.

Your Review: Copy I scheduled my appointment online to have my 60K mile check .. I was able to select the services recommended as well as the Service Man to assist me. Working later hours wasn't a problem at all. I arrived .. dropped off my vehicle, turned my keys over to Mr. Gault, we went over the Services being provided and I was on my way. :)

The works oil change and tire rotation
I had a 10:00 AM appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. This is something that should take less than 30 minutes, but when I dropped my car off early, at 9:30 AM, I was told that my car would be ready in about 3 hours. In reality, it took 6 hours. I wonder, why even make an appointment? To make matters worse, the mechanic forgot to return my wheel lock key, and I had to return the following day to retrieve it.

Trust Issue
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The ticket, when it was ready to go, said 2w/20 oil and my truck calls for 5w/30. I was assured that whatever is on the oil fill cap is what is used. When I parked the truck I noticed the front wheels were still dirtier than the back ones because of the brake dust found mostly on the front. This means the wheels were not rotated. So did they really change the oil and filter? Did they use the right weight oil? I checked the dipstick and the oil on it was not that completely "golden clear" like you expect. Who knows about the weight. The only way to be sure is for me to change the oil asap and to take it somewhere else for the rotation.
