Honeymoon seems to be over
I bought my car from them, and have been fairly pleased with the service I?ve received. Until this week. I called to set up an appointment. They said they were slammed, and to bring it to the service center in 4 days. I did. I left it there 2 days, and on the 3rd day went to go pick it up and just try to DIY the problem. Not only had they not touched it since I brought it in, it took them 3 hours just to get my keys back to me. I Autozoned the prob. Ran the code reader, got the OEM part and replaced in an hour (and I?m definitely NOT a mechanic, lol...). I know things don?t always run smoothly, but to tell me to wait 4 days in order to wait 3 days in order to not even run a code reader on it? And then, 3 hours just to get the keys back? Suggestion: run the codes of cars brought in, and see if any are ?quick fixes?. IDK. It was just an unfortunate experience.

Great Service
I had been working with another Ford dealer in the area but the service department did not seem interested in assisting me. I decided to call AutoNation and Lee answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. He stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I will definitely return to AutoNation for all service needs and Lee will be the one to help me.

Worse experiance ever, total crooks. Got video pro
The worse experience ever and 3 times at that. I have proof in writing and videos where the work was never done. They charged me $3800 in repairs and then told me they could not fix it after keeping it nearly a month. I took it to a local shop and in 2 days, fixed and only for $50.

Not happy at all!!!
I took my expedition in on the 8th of July and jus got it back yesterday (24th). They fixed two things and it took 16 DAYS! I don?t know about anyone else, but how can you ask a customer to go without their primary vehicle for 16 DAYS!!! Beyond frustrating!!!!!!!!! The only reason they get three stars on facilities is because it was clean

Poor service all around
I called Autonation Wolfchase Ford and asked for the service department to schedule an appointment. The young lady told me it might be easier to schedule it online, and so I did. I scheduled 2 services for my 16 F-150. One is a door latch recall and the other was to fix my loose drivers seat. I immediately received an email confirming my appointment, letting me know that drop off was 715am and pick up would be 2pm.. I received another follow up email, reminding me of my appointment the day before. I arrived before my appointment time at 7:10 am. When I pulled into the bay, and asked what I was there for, I was told that, " they dont do those types of services on a Saturday because they dont have the crew. We would also need your Truck longer than just a few hours." I said I made and appointed and recieved an email confirmation. To which the service person laughed and said, " you need to make those appointments over the phone or in person. Online appointments dont mean really nothin for a service recall. You are first come first serve here." I said, " well, someone should have at least called to let me know. I received and email from Brooks Ward confirming your work to be done." He said, " well, WE can't....not today." I said, " you sir have just wasted my time. The service guy literally just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me!!!!! We have 4 fords, all 2016 or newer. I would never bring any of them here, or to any Autonation for that matter. You just lost a customer.

AutoNation Ford Wolfchase
Rodger and the staff were very helpful and kind to tend to the needs of myself and my vehicle. The waiting time was supposed to be 2-3 hours, but they were done in an hour with the services. I was very pleased with my service.
