They are the BEST !

When I tell you I got a testimony Baby I had only went to ford to get my car looked at And left with a brand new car Mr.Blake plays no games !! Everyone that I encountered that day at the dealership was a pleasure its like I was Dorothy and I was on the yellow brick road .I'm definitely making them a pot of chili ? Not sure why they allow you to make appointment to get oil changed as every time I make one it still takes 3 hrs to get done and every time they blame the computer and say they are going to fix this. I wish they would buy me out of my purchase of the oil package I got when I bought car so I can go elsewhere. Worst service dept in memphis

Best Car Dealership

Such a wonderful experience with AutoNation! Definitely should have a 5 star rating! Mathachan was a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional and informative. Both me and my mother got our cars from him. I will definitely recommend Mat to anyone buying a car.

I?m Going Back!

The customer service was REAL . I didn?t have an appointment, but was treated as if I had one. It was the kind of service I needed after a long day at work. I was nervous going in, but relaxed and completely satisfied with the tire and battery service provided when I left. I think Jiffy Lube has lost a customer. Im thinking of getting my oil changes here also.

Got my 2018 F150 serviced. Main reason for service was a Ford recall on freezing door locks. I received this in the mail. Showed service man my recall letter. He said it did not include the southern area. I explained that I would be traveling north to Indiana in November and to Northern Illnois in December. He still said he didn't include our area. So why did I receive this recall notice, and am I not allowed to travel north?
