Service nightmare

I made an appointment for the first basic service for my new Raptor. I arrived on time at 2:30. It took almost 3 hours to get the oil changed and tire rotation. RIDICULOUS! Very frustrating.

Great Service for my Ford Ranger!

AutoNation Ford in Bartlett, TN, on Stage Road, was very efficient and courteous in getting my airbags replaced on my Ford Ranger truck. They did a great job! Thanks for the service and free car wash!

Feedback on your Ford Fusion really matters!

Had to pay for towing of my car once again for what look liked to me the same thing for repairs...the paperwork states something totally different, however, It would I guess. I'm glad I had my husband with me cause he saw how they didn't put my car cover seal back up tight under my car it was hanging and I didn't notice it...it would have cause me to think something else is wrong and then no telling how far I would have traveled and may could have cause me to loose or break off a part of my cover seal is what my husband say could have happen...so with all of this, I just felt that should have been done from the start. I was happy to hear the service man say it went down from 1028.00 to 1007.98 I did save some. I just pray my temp gauge don't mess back up and cause my car to run hot again for about 10yrs from now...praying. Thanks for getting my service complete as quickly as y'all did so I could get back to work and just being behind the wheel of my ford.

Oil change

Great customer service. I was there for a oil change and didn?t know there was a recall and they knocked that out to in a reasonable time. If you get there right when they open they usually try to get you in and out before they get to busy in the day.

f150 purchase

one of the easiest auto buying transactions I have ever done. salesman was first rate in knowledge, friendliness and assistance. would definitely buy from them again.
