Ford service f150

Routine maintenance oil change. Second time splash pan under truck not fully attached. Even asked prior to leaving and told all ok. When got home found front thumb screw not attached. Had to crawl under truck to fix.

Purchased F150

My new F150 is the first truck and first Ford I've ever purchased. Alan and the team at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase have made me a customer for life. Overall great service. I actually went to see the car and ended up buying right after test drive. Mat sales representative and Moe in the finance office were exceptional.

Good Service

Made a service reservation but had to leave overnight. This wasn?t an issue for us. Once they got into the issue it was quickly diagnosed and resolved.

CPO FORD ESCAPE

we were in need of a new vehicle. I searched online for what I was looking for. We came across one at Wolfchase auto nation, and I went online to ask some questions. Was great it back by Mr. Allen months. My husband went down there in person to look at cars and we decided out of the blue to go with one there and we were treated like royalty. It was the easiest process I have ever gone through in buying a car and my husband said that also. Mr. Allen months and mow I?m sorry I don?t remember your name but we were told to just call you mow like you were part of the family and Steve Easley all went out of their way to help us. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford in Memphis Tennessee to anybody that?s looking for a new vehicle. They explained everything to us and they were just nice and friendly Tammy at the front desk needs to be commended to she was a sweetheart. All of your people that we came in contact with there we?re worth writing about because I believe the good needs to be commended as well as the bad but believe me there was no bad to even mention here!!
