2018 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4
Easiest vehicle shopping experience I have ever encountered. Got Internet pricing and "Best price" from Kurt and David, went in met with them and test drove the truck. Very pleased overall with the dealership and staff.

Overall great! I test drove the car great! The process of purchasing the used car went well only took a few hours. The salesman was nice and very helpful. I only have one complaint. I had my used vehicle only one day before the tire pressure sensor light popped on I took up to Ford the very next day. The guys in the service department reset it and sent me on with my day saying it was fixed. So the very next day it came on again by now I realize ok I need a second opinion. So I got every tire checked. The tires were new & the pressure was correct in every tire. My back rear tire on the passenger side had a bad sensor. So after only having the car 5 days I had to get a new one. I took it to Ford to get it fixed where I purchased it by now this is 3rd time here in one week. They repair it finally after me explaining to them what is wrong but charge me 177.00. Which confuses me because one of the reasons I was sold & set on buying the car my salesman said anything wrong they would fix. Anything and everything covered under the warranty which I assumed everything. But I guess I was wrong.

Extremely POOR Service Dept
I called Saturday, spoke with “Smiley” in the service department. My 2011 Ford Edge had a recall because the door, when closed the interior light did not go out. They replaced? The part. Now several months later, same thing. Smiley told me Saturday it was first come, first serve, to come in Monday morning. I did. At around 4:40, I had not heard from them so I called, only to be told nonchalantly they had not gotten to it yet! When were they going to alert me to the fact I had no car! I picked it up, did not open the passenger door ( the one that was broken) and the open door light was on. This is a on going problem, however: Ford hasnt received the golden number to order another recall to fix the problem for good!! I am furious st their lack of concern, customer service and appreciation for the 5 Fords I have purchased from them through Tommy Barkley. I am going to Subaru or another brand that cares about their customers!!! NEVER use this poor dealership if you want your vehicle serviced or if you expect to be treated with respect.... NEVER AGAIN!! GOODBYE FORD!!
