Service/ oil change

I have mixed views regarding the service department. Depending on the day you may get friendly service and at other times down right bad service. I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and here it is 1:03 p.m. and I am still sitting waiting for my SUV. When I asked one of the service managers for a eta, I was told to chase behind another service manager who was currently out in the service area. Not sure how they go about customer service training but I am truly not happy with this dealership. I feel at times they are rude, in personable, and not concerned with any of the clients time constraints. I am currently searching for a different for dealership to have my vehicle service. It's a love/hate relationship with this dealership.

Best Service Department!

Excellent service department with Mr. Smiley being the best person to work with-EVER! I can't begin to say how incredibly nice, professional & knowledgeable he is. Love working with them & especially Mr. Smiley. The best!

Amazing customer service

Matt at Wolfchase was who caught us in the lot and sold us our car, he was kind, effecient, and professional. We would definitely buy through him again!

James Werkhoven

When we arrived at the service department, Barbara gave a quote on the needed part , painting and labor. We were called on Thursday with, what we thought was to have the part installed. We were told the work would take appx two hours. When we arrived Barbara brought the part, which had not been painted, and asked if we wanted it installed. How unprofessional. We said "of course" at which time we were informed it would tale 24 hours more for the painting to be completed. As a result we had to leave the car, over the weekend, or make another trip back to have the part installed. As a result, we are not at all happy with the way things were handled, even though the job was done well in the end.

Love my Raptor

Tommy, Les, Barbara and Nick are the best. They always take care of our needs quickly and are the best to buy from and have your vehicle serviced at. I highly recommend seeing Tommy Barkley for your next vehicle purchase.

Service for Dick Orians

Barbara Myers is always wonderful to deal with. She communicates very well as repairs are needed. She is very prompt to return any phone calls and is always very knowledgable and straight forward. I feel very comfortable with her opinions. She has been excellent with her service.

Matt was great the rest was not.

Buying process takes way too long but that?s everywhere. Matt was so great we choose to buy at Wolfchase AutoNation. This was based on his attentiveness, responsiveness and the car specs he sent us...only to find out when it was time to buy it was some demo and not available for purchase. Argh. If we would have known this we might have bought one of the others we test drove when we were in MN and/or MO that were cheaper. Although it was out of his control we lost out on a special $1000 rebate because we didn?t make it back a day earlier. Then the day after we signed our contract there was an additional $750 rebate we missed out on. Manager did try to help us out but couldn?t really do much for us. Didn?t ask if he made an attempt to call Ford but felt Ford could have helped out a little more to accommodate our VERY upgraded purchase we made with about every bell and whistle available!!!
