End of Day oil change

Came in at the last minute after work for an oil change and they were able to fit me in. Great customer service as always!!

Slow service

Had an appointment at 9:00 for an oil change and tire rotation since I had to be somewhere by (which I made aware) 11:30, ended up leaving at 11:15 and was late. You wouldn't think an oil change and tire rotation would have take that long. Not to mention that I had to go back to the dealership and pick up my key for my lugs. I didn't even receive an apology for having to make a second trip back to the dealership either.

Excellent Service Department

Service 6/2

Had my truck in to have a tire repaired. Tire was unable to be repaired so a new tire was required. Was disappointed the tire purchased previously and on the Truck were not available as a replacement tire. Typically Continental tire are carried by Ford dealerships. In any case a replacement with another brand was available.
