I was recommended to go to AutoNation because the

I was recommended to go to AutoNation because the dealership where I bought the car had no electricity. Everyone was courteous, prompt and Lee Gault took excellent care of me. I was very impressed and glad that I took my car there. It was well worth the headache of not being able to go to the dealership.

Lee is Amazing!

Lee helped redeem my experience with Wolfchase Ford. He was amazing. His communication skills were so on point. He called back when a message was left and sent a message as soon as the vehicle was ready. He stated he would call when the new part was in for a recently added recall. Definitely will call only Lee to get my service done on my Ford. Lee customer service should be the standard he should train the rest of the staff.

The dealership was very easy to work with. Particularly with all the challenges Ford had with delivering Maverick Hybrids. I enjoyed with with Herman (HQ).

It was an oil change.

It was an oil change. Took 3 1/2 hours and had an appointment. Made a mess on the underside of engine area. Oil dripping off of oil pan, a/c compressor and frame. Oil dripping not from engine leaks but from sloppy workmanship. Car only has 40k on it. Did not use Ford OEM filter or oil. Bill had to be adjusted to the coupon that Autonation sent me and I showed to the service writer. Will not use Autonation again for an oil change. Will go back to Landers Quick Lane for now on.

When service really isn't service...

Well, I went in hoping for the best and preparing for the worst...after the dealer had my car for nearly 2-weeks...to call up to give me a nearly 5k estimate (and no this wasn't for a new engine, transmission, etc). Then they wanted to charge me a $100 service fee for service that really was sub par and not by any means good and for them to tell me what i already told them was wrong with it. I ended up going to another local repar shop that quoted me less then $1500 for the same repair. Don't go here unless you're under warranty or you want to get ripped off.
