Will not be returning
I dropped my car off at the beginning of the month and was told I would have my car back in 2 weeks at the latest. That 2 weeks turned into a month very quickly. I was not notified of anything, and I had to keep calling to ask for updates of my car. My car sat at Ford for 3 weeks before anyone began working on it. When my car was finally ready after a month, my issue was not resolved. My check engine light was still on, and making a rattling noise. I took my car back to them and was told my issue was resolved, however I needed to return my car to the place that worked on my exhaust. The issue that I had was engine related. I took my car to another shop where I was shown how Ford used old gaskets on my car and bolted screws in place that were not needed. My car needed to be towed back to Ford where it sat for another 2 days. I was charged to correct their mistake and was told that the noise could be fixed elsewhere. I would rather pay thousands elsewhere for better service and quality, than have my car serviced at Ford under an extended service plan and have it sitting for weeks before being looked at.

Service needs to be improved.
Service needs to be improved. Right rear lug nuts not tightened. Prior services tire damaged, door paint damage and wrong size wipers installed. Last service lug nuts started to swell. Advised to go to Amazon to buy replacement.

Outstanding service writer and other employees.
Outstanding service writer and other employees. Prices are exorbitant but probably in line with other dealerships. Final cost was $57 more than quoted. When questioned the overage was attributed to "shop fees", a percentage of the quoted price. Nothing but extra profit for the dealership. AutoNation should include "shop fees" in the quote if they are going to to add them to the final job charges.
