AutoNation Ford Wolfchase

I have never walked into a dealership with a service department as poor as this one. I will never step foot back inside that place. Hope they enjoyed that 1300$ they screwed me out of.

I bought a 2012 f250 and was told from the dealer that it had a 125 point check done to the f250 when I got it home it had a lot of things that were not even close to any kind of check all they do is wash and put on lot so be careful when buying hear. acalvin was the sales rep

one would think when u buy from a dealer that the cars would go though some sort of check list autos don't .so u need to be careful when buying here because mine did not had to buy filter, battery posts ,tire pressure was not right just to name a few

I have bought 3 cars from this dealer. They are the most fair dealer I've ever dealt with. Call Terry Schultz, best salesman in the business; if he ever retires I'll just have the car I had when he retires forever I will NOT buy a car from any other salesman period.

I had been looking around for an F250 and when I walked onto AutoNation Ford Wolfchase's lot, I was glad to see that the most important thing was that they wanted me to be happy with my selection. They did not try to push a certain model on me or even point me in a direction that wasnt what I had voiced to them. It was a awesome experience and I would buy another car from them tomorrow ( if I had the money.) I can honestly say that my salesman Alan Muntz made the difference in the sale. He was professional, honest, and a true pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond what I thought a typical salesman would do. Since the purchase, he has made it clear that his job did not end when I left the lot. Truley amazing!!! I would like to thank Alan, Matt, Les for the wonderful service. I recently purchased a new vehicle at Autonation and was pleasantly surprised of how smooth the process went. The sales people were helpful and answered all my questions. Also they were patient and not pushy like so many dealerships are. I had been researching vehicles for over six months so I knew a fair deal when I saw one. On a special note, Tommy Barkley and Marnie Lanzer were wonderful to work with. I really appreciated the fact of a fair deal upfront with minor negotiations. Worked with Jim Calhoun and he was great to work with. Cared for me and did everything he could to please us and take care of our needs. I contacted several other dealerships on the front end of the process and Jim was well ahead of the other folks.

Wonderful sales experience. The Internet sales person was extremely helpful. He not only expanded his search and located a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted but was very courteous and had the patience to teach me all the new technologies and gadgets which my 15 year old previous truck definitely did not have. There was no hassle about pricing because the first quote was within the guidelines I had set. The total experience was quite satisfying. If I need another vehicle in the future I would definitely go to AutoNation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase.

Steve Elley is the best saleman. He was truthful and never did we feel pressured. Les, the sales manager was friendly and willing to do whatever we needed to make us completely satisfied. Mo, the finance guy, listened to us and delivered exactly what we asked. A dynamite team all the way around.
