Great Experience

Curt Kobler found the exact car I was looking for within a couple of hours. This is the second car I have bought from him. What impressed me most was his desire to make sure I was taken care of after the sale. He's always following up with me in case I have any concerns or questions. I highly recommend using him and Autonation Ford Lincoln Wolfchase.

Great Experience

I had an excellent experience buying my new vehicle from this dealership. I can't emphasize enough how great my salesman, Daniel Taylor, was at working with me. I never once felt pressured by him, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and made me feel at ease. During the negotiating phase of the purchase the sales team was professional and once again I felt no pressure to buy now. This was a surprise as it seems to be the norm at most dealerships. I will be returning to this dealership the next time I am considering buying a new vehicle.

Bad experience

I purchased a used ford focus with 60 day warranty. The car had a growling noise coming from the front end. After the dealer worked on the problem two times the noise returned. By this time the 60 days had expired and the dealer refused to warranty the on going problem. These guys are bunch crooks do not buy from them.

I just purchased my third vehicle from Autonation...

I just purchased my third vehicle from Autonation Wolfchase. I have bought every vehicle from Terry Schultz and negotiated the price when manager Jaime Rutledge was on duty. I felt at home and they didn't use any presure tactics. The only issue I have is with the finance manager. I financed my vehicle through Ford Motor Credit Company and received a $1500 credit. While I was signing the paperwork, the finance manager told me I had to keep the loan for 4 months or I would be charged back the $1500. I have heard rumors for years the finance manager gets a commission if you keep the loan for at least 3 months. If you close out the loan before this time, the finance manager DOES NOT get a commission. Since I have purchased this vehicle, my bank is offering 2 percent financing instead of Fords 6 percent. I contacted Ford Motor Credit Company and asked if I would be charged back the $1500 if I refinanced through my bank. Ford Motor Credit Company was honest and told me I WOULD NOT be charged back the $1500. I have refinanced with my bank, SORRY FINANCE MANAGER YOU WILL NOT GET MY COMMISSION. Even though I know how the finance manager works, I would still purchase another vehicle from Terry Schultz and Autonation Wolfchase.

Great buying experience

Wonderful deal. ...buy from Terry Schultz he is the best salesman. He was very attentive and knowledgeable no high pressure sales tactics from any of the staff. Love my new 2014 Ford Explorer and will definitely buy from terry again if possible.

great service

I have purchased several cars from various dealerships. And dreaded having to car shop until my experience at Auto Nation on Stage Rd. My sales Rep was Alan Muntz and he was the best salesman I've ever had. He did not pressure nor continue calling me about car. He simply let me have my way looking and was there when I had questions. Never did he show any signs of frustration. He even pointed out the downfalls on some of the vehicles and that just blew me away. Used Suburban

HQ was a great salesman. He worked well with us. Went the "extra mile". We looked at numerous Suburbans before purchasing this one from AutoNation. This was by far the nicest.
