The people at this dealership were very good Kevin and Jamie were excellent. They worked very hard to get me an outstanding car and a satisfactory deal.

Recently purchased my second new car from these folks and could not have been more pleased. A fine group of auto professionals that are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I know I'll be back.

My husband and I recently purchased a preowned truck for his use. We found what we wanted at AutoNation FordLincoln Wolfchase after weeks of searching. We were fortunate to have Ray Dollahite as our sales person.He was most helpful and easy to work with. Buying a preowned car/truck isn't always a pleasant experience but working with Ray was different. We would definitely recommend AutoNation FordLincolln at Wolfchase.

This is a follow up to my 16 Jun 14 review here on cars.com (couldn't find a way to amend the original review). Don't want to go thru all the details again, but will state this review is to follow up on the issue I had with service department. Made multiple calls to service department about cost of install for hitch and wiring harness and could not get pricing. On last attempt was told this was 4 hours of labor. Called another area Ford dealership and was quoted 2.5 hours labor. Pretty expensive, so installed hitch myself. Wiring harness a bit more involved, so hadn't gotten to it yet. Yesterday, 26 Jun 14, I received called from new car sales manager Jonathan. He apologized for my parts/service experience, and wanted to "make it right". I accepted his offer to install wiring harness and get the LOWJACK system installed (see initial review). Today I dropped off my MKX at dealership and loaner car was ready and waiting. I was told my vehicle would be finished this afternoon/evening. The action by Jonathan indicates AutoNation Ford does care about its reputation by reading these reviews and following up with customers. I believe AutoNation wants a relationship with its customers and not just a sale. I appreciate their follow-up and corrective action . I have amended by overall review to 5 stars. Well done Jonathan!

Bought new MKX in May this year. Feel like trade in value on my vehicle was very fair and that price on new MKX was very good. Salesman Alan Muntz was outstanding. His only concern was that we were happy with the whole transaction and the new MKX. Arrived at the dealership about an hour before close due to work and travel schedule, but no one was in a hurry to push us out the door. Ended up leaving with new MKX about 3 hours after closing with the promise that if I brought the car back the following day, it would be cleaned up since no one was still around in the detailing dept. I usually dread the finance dept/process. But this time was so much different. I was happy with finance rate received, but the next day when I brought the MKX in for cleaning/detailing, the finance manager found me and told me he had found me a better rate. I was shocked.... a dealership was actually giving me money back on a SUV I had already signed for and purchased. The finance manager immediately drew up new contract documents on the spot. WOW. Since it everything with AutoNation Wolfchase had gone so well with sales and financing, I thought parts/service would follow suit. Bad assumption on my part. I wanted an SUV with towing capability, but the MKX did not come with that option. No heavy towing, just bike rack and small utility trailer for lawn equipment. So I ordered OEM hitch and wiring harness from parts. After ordering and awaiting arrival of parts, I found other Ford dealerships and even the Ford company website that offered the parts about 40% cheaper than what I paid (some were 50-60% cheaper). I was promised that I would get a call when parts arrived so I could schedule installation, but after 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything. So I went to dealer and found parts had arrived and were buried in the back. I did speak with parts manager and he did refund me some money to price match the Ford OEM website prices. I was happy with the outcome, but I don't believe it should have happened in the first place. I have also been waiting on a service date to install my parts along with the LOWJACK system I purchased with the vehicle. I found out today, that AutoNation no longer installs the LOWJACK system, but outsources that work to local automotive audio vendor. I don't mind this, but once again, I believe this type of information should have been disclosed and the work completed already. I also called the service department today and asked for a quote on the installation charge of the hitch and wiring harness, but the service rep I spoke to did not have the information. He said he would have to talk with a technician and call me back. I find it odd that a service rep doesn't have some sort of price list for an OEM accessory installation. To sum it all up... at this point, I give sales and financing 5 stars. I couldn't have expected any better treatment or process. Everything was great. However, parts and service seem to be run by a different entity. It is hard to believe that the sales/financing and parts/service are located under the same roof with the same AutoNation name attached. I plan to amend this review when everything is complete with the LOWJACK and hitch installation. Maybe once the MKX is there and complete, my viewpoint will change.
