I always trust service of my Ford F-150 to Lee Gault and AutoNation Ford Wolfchase. I am confident when Lee recommends a particular service, my F-150 is receiving the very best. It's nice that in today's mostly online anonymous world, one can still establish a personal relationship with a corporation. And, my relationship with Ford Motor Company is Lee Gault. I am completely happy dealing with Lee, and therefore, Ford!

Very pleased with scheduling online. Pleased with Gary the service manager that help . Very disappointed that the dealership shop decided to charge a misc. charge of $40.10, when I ask Gray , he explained that this is just something the dealership does and that this charge tops out at $65.00 . I have never heard of a misc. charge added to bill without explanation . So, I do not plan on using the service department again. Not because of service or employees but because management just decided to add a misc. charge( higher than taxes on sale). So sorry AutoNation and shame on you for doing this to customer. Cost more than estimate
Price was high than estimate. By 200 dollars. I would recommend Landry?s Ford in Covington longer drive, but they estimate is correct.
