The car salesman Herman was great. He provided me with everything I needed to know about new truck. He went out and beyond for me. My services was great!

Waited almost 3 hours for a simple oil change with an

Waited almost 3 hours for a simple oil change with an appointment and asked about the washer fluid being changed and was assured it is the first thing they did. At checkout explained that the washer fluid notice in my app did not reset and was told it was done. I had to ask about the status of my car, the service tech failed to communicate or give any updates. Well 2 days later the notice in my car stated washer fluid low. I’ve been to this dealership several times but this service was definitely below standard.

Never even started the truck up looked at the telemetry

Never even started the truck up looked at the telemetry data never moved they did not fix my issue brand new F150 with modem problem. Terrible I will find another dealer.
