Couldn?t have been better

Found my used truck online. Started the process over the phone. Everyone involved was prompt and accommodating. Made the process easy?.except handing over the check. That part was tough.

Great service from Ms. Barbara service writer, was able to get my truck serviced in a timely manner, was back on the road since I had a family emergency out of town.

Service

The check in was good; however, I did not received a call when the vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to tick up my truck after hours. I did not like that processed.

Good Service!

I've always had good service with AutoNation Ford at Wolfchase. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle with them, they always treat me with courtesy and respect. I waited a little longer than usual for an oil change and tire rotation, but the waiting area is large, comfortable and always stocked with donuts and coffee.

Correct battery saver mode issue

The battery saver issue is well known in the Ford community. There are multiple web sites blogs that have owners with this problem. It boiled down to a simple reset of the system which fixed the priblem but it took 3 days to ?troubleshoot? a well known issue The asst service manager Lee Gault was very good at communicating with me during the process which I appreciated.

2016 Ford f150

Ed Stacks was our representative and we can?t tell none how great he is at his job and how he made us feel like he really wanted to take care of us. It took appx 30 days and he kept us updated on a regular basis. Recommend strongly.
