I am very happy with the professional manner my Service

I am very happy with the professional manner my Service Advisor Gary Douthitt got my recall repair handled promptly when the parts were available. I will continue to have Gary handle the service needs of both our Ford vehicles in the future.

recall repair ( air bags )

I scheduled my appointment several months in advance, on my scheduled repair date I dropped my truck off at the dealership the night before, only to be called the next day and informed that my replacement part was not available, as they have to wait to get more repair parts. I was very disappointed and not confident that when I take it back that It will be repair or have parts to make the necessary repairs !! thanks

My service agent, Britany was excellent, but after

My service agent, Britany was excellent, but after waiting several months rand having an appointment to get my recall repaired, they did not have the part to repair the recall, and now i have to wait several months again before it is repaired.

There is nothing you can do until the part that I have been waiting on for months comes in. The part should have been ordered when I made the appointment to have the recalled part replaced, or I should have been notified that the part was not available when I was receiving all the notifications that reminded me I had an appointment to get the part replaced.

This dealership is my favorite.

This dealership is my favorite. They always take great care of me, whether they are servicing my vehicle or selling me one.
