My faith in humanity is restored! After deciding that the car I had purchased was not to my liking, I was not only allowed to return the vehicle but the car that I had traded in was also returned. In addition, the owner also gave me a 6 month warranty on any vehicle that I purchase in the future at no cost. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you to everyone at Ramsey Corp!

Good place, had to take the car into maintenance after buying, but they were, overall, helpful. Overall a good experience.

Excellent employees. Next day after buying a used vehicle the ignition was sticking and even though I did not have a warranty they came and picked it up and fixed it.

The level of assistance I got from Jimmy was of a very high standard,although I think that in a competitive market like the car industry.The car dealers should cater for shipping information when a buyer is interested in exporting a car that he / she intends to buy.This option is readly available when you buying from Asia like Japan.

First time I ever bought a used car from a used car dealer. This was a great experience. The car was a ten year old Pontiac Firebird and had flip up lights. The lights were having problems 3 weeks after purchase. Brought the car in for repairs and left it for several days, they even gave me a loaner car. Repair was made, several weeks later we still had the problem, dealer purchased and installed new motors at no cost to us. We also had a worn wiper blade and they replaced both. They were polite and never tried to run away from the problem. Made buying a used car a great experience, and I would recommend this dealer to others.

I made an 8 hour round trip to get a specific car that they had. When I got there they treated me great and the car was exactly as described. It was so easy and painless, I was out in a few hours with my new car. There was an unforeseen minor problem with the wipers on the way home. I called them up, explained the problem and they said to take it to the garage to get it fixed and they would take care of the bill. RamseyCorp went above and beyond in my opinion and I would gladly make another 8 hour trip there to get my next car.
