Service Review

The service manager (Mr. Mayer) and his staff are great. Quick and convenient appointments. Courtesy car wash was good. Enjoy having my car serviced by Acura of Columbus.

Always greeted with a smile!

Mark and Michael are always a joy to work with! They greet me with a smile every time and make maintenance a breeze. I'm on the go pretty much every time I come in, so they make sure I have a loaner to keep me up and going. They're always upfront, honest, and willing to help in any way they can.

I like Acura of Columbus

I like Acura of Columbus, even, I guess, after every single employee I knew there from the Sales and Service teams to the various managers and officers has been either moved, transferred, fired or replaced. (So I'm kinda forced to 'start over' with all new names/faces/teams... whether I want to or not.) Thanks, Jim Spencer PS- I am officially going to quit liking Acura of Columbus if people keep calling my house at night to ask me how much I like Acura of Columbus. It's stupid, and is absolutely counterproductive.

Excellent sales and service

The experience overall could not have been better. Stan found me what I wanted and I was very pleased. Nathan delivered the MDX and was very thorough in showing me how everything about the car operated.Thanks guys!

Buying a Acura TLX, 2017

The salesman was friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The financial department was friendly and ready to answer my questions. Dealership is a clean and neat environment, making my experience more enjoyable.

Takata Airbag Recall

Once the replacement airbag inflator was secured was able to schedule appointment. Dealership service was exceptional - the recall replacement time availability (8 months) by Acura and Takata was not. Dealer provided loaner vehicle and work was completed in a timely manner.

First service on 2016 MDX

Excellent service & quality of work. Very helpful staff. Will be bringing 2010 TL in for service and recall maintenance. Overall experience was very good. Drive from Opelika to Columbus is the only issue.
