Disappointing
Horrible service and communication. Bought a certified used vehicle that came along with warranties, came in to get work done to the Rims due to the cover I had. First time I was turned away because I was told they do not work on tires and rims - so I left and tried to find out more about the warranty we purchased. Second time I was turned away because they told me that they could do tires and rims but needed to wait for the part to be ordered and they did not have loaner cars (they never have any loaner cars available) - so I set an appointment a couple of days later to come back. Third time I was turned away after waiting 7 HOURS in the lobby to tell me they needed authorization to get it fixed. My appointment was at 9am…. At 4:15pm I called to asked the service staff how much longer I had to wait - only to find out that my initial request to replace/fix my rims was still not done. Not only that, service manager AJ, who I spoke with earlier today, did not bother telling me he left for the day. My blood is still boiling from the lack of communication and accountability from this staff.

I came in for an emergency situation.
I came in for an emergency situation. My car wouldn't start. They worked me in (late in the afternoon), diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Turned out to be a battery still under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. I felt vey well taken care of.

First if all I've been coming to Proctor Acura since 2014 after my move back to Southwest Georgia. The Service Department staff ie Mr Walker, Rodney & Chris are very knowledgeable and courteous despite the economic challenges that I've noticed across America. Chris & Rodney never ignore a small inquiry but check it out to make sure I leave the dealership with confidence in my car's performance. .
