Super fast...super professional. I went in without an appointment and was seen right away. I was informed of the cost prior to the repair being started and truly appreciated that.

This is the second vehicle I purchase from this dealer. My experience with Premier couldn't have been better. Found the car, color, and deal that I was looking for. Professional, open, up front, and easy to deal with. No hard pressure or bait and switch sales tactics. Internet sales website worked well also and internet pricing was very competitive which brought me into the dealer in the first place. I would encourage anyone in the market for a Honda within a 100 mile radius of New Orleans East to give Premier an opportunity. It was worth the 80 mile ride for me.

Kattie was very accommodating when we bought our car. She was through and patient in showing us features of the CRV. She was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt like we’d known her all our life. I’d say you’re pretty lucky to have her.

Got me in right away, provided a multipoint inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and excellent. Both Josh and my original Salesman (Micky) we’re kind enough to check on my needs during the wait.
