Car needed regular service and we also had a problem with the rear camera adjustment. Service advised Zeek figured out the problem with the camera and the servicing was done quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied customer.

My overall experience at Premier Honda was wonderful.

My overall experience at Premier Honda was wonderful. The men there took great care of us and kept us informed through the entire process. It started when Tierron Baptiste answered our inquiry and set up a late afternoon appointment. This could not have worked better, because we were practically dismissed by one of the sales managers at Kia Denham Springs. My daughter had recently had her car totaled in a 3-car collision in Baton Rouge, LA. Her job is a bit far from home and she wanted reliable transportation with nice features. Thank you Tierron!!! She got what she really wanted but originally afraid it would be too costly. She loves it and I do too! I would like to sincerely thank Tierron Baptiste, Josh Ware, and Luke Lemus for making our time at Premier Honda so rewarding! You guys are AWESOME!!! Louella LeDuff

Kevin Carew, the service Advisor who checked me in he

Kevin Carew, the service Advisor who checked me in he made sure that all of my needs and concerns were met. Mike Lombardino the Service Director made sure that I was able to get the work done on my car and the timing was perfect., and I was able to get my car back before the end of the day highly suggests that if anyone need work that they will see Mike and Kevin great teamwork.

It was easy to schedule a service appointment.

It was easy to schedule a service appointment. I received a call back when I didn’t get an answer. Check in was really good. Mr. Kevin was very friendly and personable. The downfall was the wait time for an oil change. I was told it could take up to 90 minutes and that was acceptable to me. But 3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change. Other positives include the spacious waiting area and the WiFi connection.

This place sold me a lemon!

This place sold me a lemon! Had car 3 days ,they kept it 4 weeks,hung up.on me and warranty company multiple times,I begged foe a refund or a trade,they said No! So.they brought it back to me in worse shape,transmission shot ,drove it lost acceleration and got in accident! They refused everything with me!! Had to Voluntarily surrender vehicle!! They gave me xxxx.for 3 months!! I would advise no.one to.purchase a vehicle from this place,the mechanic was a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seller bragging how many lemons he sells in one day!!!!!!!! Don't get the seller I got!!! 😡😡😡😡
